Really nice Hotel, staff are lovely, rooms clean and tidy. Only down fall is that they do not provide kettles in the room. You do get a small fridge. Pool area does need cleaning a bit more, brown fungi from the tide lines. Pool side bar hardly ever staffed and not a massive choice of food. The Breakfast is typical European style, hard boiled eggs, dodgy ham, rubbery cheese, some kind of cake and bread. Situated halfway up the hill alongside all the shops with bars and cafes around so you don't have to go far for entertainment. Would definitely stay here again, excellent value for money and nice for families.

It was the most unpleasant stay I have ever had. First of all, the hotel is not located near the beach, as mentioned on the site. You can really get to the sea, but you do not have the area with sand or sunbeds on which you can beach. The breakfast is almost inexistent; they had a kind of edam, ham, butter, sweets, yogurt, eggs, bread and some snacks that couldn't be eaten, coffee, jar sugar, tea, horrible orange, milk. There were no fruits, no vegetables, not even olives or cheese. I send you attachments and pictures with this ,,wonderful" breakfast. I should also mention that the meal was served on the hotel lobby, without being a breakfast room. The hotel did not offer us hygiene products (shampoo or shower gel). In 7 nights I had only 2 small solid soaps. Also, the bathroom mirror was peeled off from the paint and looked ugly. The sink and tub batteries are old, look unpleasant, and the tub hose was broken. The pool was only open between 10:00 and 18:00. In the room I even killed the spiders ... Every night, an employee of the hotel clear the pool at 4:00am and could not sleep because of the noise he was making.

We don’t usually do reviews but after another great 10 days in this wonderful hotel I had to right something.I’d like to thank Angela,Helena and all the team at the hotel for making us feel so happy and chilled we came last year ,this year and have booked for next year .We love the place pools great ,foods great can not wait to go back ! What a gem !

Absolutely! My bucket list is to travel to all of the Greek Islands, to date we’ve done 5. I’ve always said I’d never visit the same place twice because the worlds a big place and I’d like to see as much as possible, but I would return to the Eleana hotel. The hotel is nothing fancy no in house entertainment, it’s well kept, the rooms & pool area are very clean, the staff (all of them) are exceptionally friendly, approachable and helpful. Highly recommend! The location is great too, near a bus route for beaches and Zante town, Banana beach is great, there are free buses daily, you are a captive audience, prices slightly higher there, with water sports available, bus picks you up to return at 5 pm. Highly recommend Keri Beach to hire a boat from Dolphin boat hire 60E for 2 hrs, lovely bay for swimming too. I’ve just returned after a fab week!

Stayed here from 4th sept to 9th sept. Very friendly hotel. Angela front desk manager and helen the breakfast and bar lady what a laugh she was so funny. Angela is so friendly and polite nothing was to much for her. Will definitely be back again next year. And would recommend this hotel. See you both next year Love hayley and paul
