Lesante Blu Exclusive Beach Resort

This is our final day and we stayed in suite 334. Lesante blu has exceptional views, is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. The food throughout our holiday was excellent . All the staff are fantastic, attentive, mannerly and helpful. Just a special mention to Peggy in Gaia restaurant, she is an asset to this hotel, a very kind, caring, helpful, attentive lady who is always smiling ( thank you , and you made dining in the restaurant a pleasure). We will definitely stay here again in the very near future and recommend this hotel to others. Thanks to all the staff who made this holiday so enjoyable. Mr and Mrs Walsh

Me and my husband recently stayed here for our honeymoon and i must say what a gorgeous hotel, the staff were so so lovely, nothing was too much, they were so welcoming and friendly, always happy to assist. The room was decorated with rose petals and flowers as my husband had booked a honeymoon package and it was absolutely beautiful. The food aswell is beautiful. 100% recommend this hotel.

Our second day at this wonderful hotel. First impressions of the hotel is the lovely smell you get when entering the reception area, along with the beautiful decor and attentive and welcoming staff. Our check in was a lovely experience with flannels, water, sparkling wine and 2 mini ice creams. It was on par with the Ikos experience as this is where we normally holiday. Our room was ready before the 3pm time which was great and as we walked to the room the hotel was immaculate and so very clean and beautiful views across to the mainland. We were allocation a top floor suite 428 which was beautiful with a large balcony. Great size, with everything you need and lovely coffee machine. You get complementary water each day but only 1 carton which is not enough for us and they kindly agreed to bring more for us every day. The bed is king size and very comfortable. The shower is a rain shower and loads of pressure and hot water. There is a bath in the room and to be honest the space could be used better without one and introduce a double his and hers sink. Great toiletries provided too. Not enough charge points as needed to unplug the bedside light and replace with adapter to charge iPhones but just a minor issue. The rooms do face north east and don’t get much sun but it is what it is. Breakfast was unbelievable with great choice and quality. The staff at breakfast were so helpful and friendly and Peggy is a lovely girl. The restaurant is beautiful with views out to see and the pool area. Fresh coffee made to order was very nice. They even provide deserts at breakfast too. Probably a better experience than at any of the Ikos hotels we normally stay and with it being adults only a different environment with peace and quiet. Pool are and gardens are first class with top quality sun loungers. The pads are 10 inches thick and very comfortable too. Not sure if the pool is heated but in May it really should be and too cold to swim in as not seen anyone use the pool. It needs to be 27 degrees and it will be less than 18 I would think. Something that needs to be looked at. Toilets at the pool area are very clean and beatific in design. We had a late lunch and the food was first class along with the service and presentation. Drinks around the pool were on the expensive side with cocktails just under €20 and a large beer at €9.50. I believe if the hotel reduced the prices by 25% they would double / treble their sales output and generate more profit. Don’t think they have the business model right for drinks and something they need to look at with either promotional pricing, or EDLP Every day low price, or cocktails of the day at half price. Just some suggestions to give better customer experience. The sunbeds are positioned around a central grass are which to be honest does not really work. They should really look to convert this to a shallow cool down pool with water features, this would enhance the pool experience. Saying that everything else is first class and the pool staff are all brilliant. Towel are provided snd you can have more than one which is great. Had a quick look at the spar and gym and all looks good. I think to enter the spa is €30 again pricing may be an issue for some. Overall the hotel is first class with only 92 suits and at only 50% capacity is very quiet which is great for us. I would give it 9 out of 10 but with the small issues corrected at would certainly be 10 out of 10.

A beautiful hotel Setting just perfect. Very peaceful setting. You cannot describe how beautiful the colors of the sea are. The food was wonderful. Want to thank the staff especially at the Ostria Restaurant. We ate most of our meals there because of the people. Thank you Constandina, Dimitri and everyone else who helped us.

We stayed at this hotel recently, and although it is classed as a 5-star establishment, we were quite disappointed with certain aspects of our visit. The hotel was preparing to close for the winter season during our stay, and as a result, there were staff members constantly moving and putting furniture away. This really disrupted the atmosphere and made the place feel like it was shutting down rather than offering a luxury experience. Because of this, we would not return. In our opinion, a true 5-star hotel should not allow guests to experience this kind of end-of-season packing up. Additionally, the cost of alcoholic drinks at the hotel was extremely high, far more than we expected, especially given the overall experience. While the hotel has potential and some good qualities, these issues left us feeling let down.
