I joined a yoga and meditation session with Nausicaa during my stay at Olea All Suite Hotel in Zakynthos, and it was such a lovely experience. She’s a wonderful teacher, calm and very kind. I really liked how she adjusted the exercises to fit everyone’s level and made the whole session feel personal and relaxing. Her clear instructions and peaceful energy made it easy to follow and truly enjoy the moment. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and happy. Definitely recommend joining one of her classes.
