Zante Palace

On a hill side, looking over Tsilivi. Don’t be put off by the hill as it’s lovely and quiet, peaceful and gets the best sun. Access to the beach is just down a path and takes 5 minutes. The centre takes 15 min walk but you walk passed lots of eatery’s/bars on the way.

Just back from Zante Palace after one week.The only negaitve is the hill up to reception, apart that everthing is great. Staff are amazing ( Basher, Mary and English lady on reception). Rooms are cleaned every day, lovely pool area, very quiet at night as 10 mins walk to town. 5 mins walk to beach down the steps. Good local Alex supermarket 5 mins down hill. The breakfasts are great with cereals, ham ,cheese, breads and the usual English options like bacon ,sausage ,eggs either fried ,boiled or scrambled. yoghurts ,fruit, pastries tea coffee and fruit juices etc. Food and drinks throughout the day are served at the bar until late, but all in all it is a quiet hotel full of families. There are some resident dogs/cats who stay in the reception area. We enjoyed seeing them as we went out as night, absolutely no trouble at all. I would recommend this hotel, there are nice bars and restaurants 10 mins away in the town also.

One week in the sun, beautiful surroundings, friendly hotel. Views that couldn't be beaten, everything you could need for a relaxing holiday.

Stayed here for one week as a family of 3. The room was spacious and had everything you need with a beautiful view. Air con was an extra €49 which i think should be included in the price. Breakfast basic but ok for a light breakfast. Pool area clean and always sunbeds available. The hotel is up a steep hill so not good if you have mobility issues, also a fair few steps to get to rooms and the pool. Im only giving this a 3 star as we hardly got any sleep due to barking dogs all night. They seem to be let out at 11pm and let back in at 6am. I spoke to a man at reception- he didn't care. Also the smell of cat urine and poo every where is so strong. Made us all feel very sick.

We stayed here for one week earlier this month and we had a fantastic holiday in Tsilivi. The hotel is fairly basic I would say but our room was clean and the views from our balcony were amazing. We had a one bed apartment (room 426 on the top floor) there was plenty of space for us and our two boys, there is a small kitchenette and a decent size fridge/freezer. Our beds were made each day and fresh linen and towels every two days. We paid the extra for air conditioning, I think it was €7 per day and definitely needed. The pool was lovely and cool and clean, it’s mostly deep water with a small section at the end for children. Our only downside would be the breakfast, it’s quite a limited choice and not much room when getting your food, it all felt quite rushed and not a lot of effort had been put into it, we only went two of the days as we didn’t feel it was worth waking up early for so just made toast in the room. The hill is tough, especially on arrival when you have to push all your cases up but it breaks into two sections so you get a little chance for a breather, I’m not the fittest person so i did struggle sometimes but not enough that it would put me off staying there again. The beach is a short walk away, we hired loungers at the Barracuda Beach Bar €20 for 2 loungers with no time limit, the service and food there was very good. It’s a sandy beach with beautiful clear waters. The local resort with an array of shops, restaurants and bars are a 5-10 min walk away. The views at Zante Palace are what gives it the edge, watching the sunset was amazing! If you’re looking for a stay in Tsilivi and don’t want to break the bank then I highly recommend Zante Palace.
