We absolutely love this place. It holds such a special place in our hearts ♥️ We returned for our third time in April, and it was incredible. The room is lovely and clean, we always request a ground floor apartment because we have young children, and they always accommodate. The maids/cleaners do a fantastic job with the cleaning each day, they work so hard, they honestly deserve a medal for all of their hard work everyday! All the staff are so lovely and helpful. We love the pools and the fact that they have a shallow area for our three year old. The food is always great, with plenty of choice for everybody. Our kids also love the park! We also love to have a nice stroll around the grounds in the afternoon, it really is kept so nicely (the palm trees are my favourite 🌴) The beach is absolutely phenomenal, we love it so much! We don’t stay out late at night, so can’t really comment on the night time entertainment. We also love the gorgeous wildlife and birds around the hotel. We love to feed the chipmunks on the beach. So many pools to choose from, plenty for everyone! This place really does hold a special place in our hearts, if we could have a second home here, we would 😅☀️ I just feel so calm and at home here, it brings me so much peace and joy. You can see from the photos how happy this place makes us! Cannot wait to be back in October!! ✈️ ☀️🧡

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at TUI Magic Life Family Hotel, especially considering the cost of the holiday. While the room itself was very good, with a lovely bathroom, excellent shower and no issues with cleanliness or comfort, the overall hotel experience did not meet expectations. The quality of the drinks was one of the biggest disappointments. All soft drinks, including Coke, tasted flat and appeared to be heavily watered down. The alcohol also seemed very diluted, and the cocktails were dispensed from machines rather than freshly made, which again resulted in poor quality and watered-down drinks. If guests wanted branded drinks, they had to pay extra, which was disappointing for an all-inclusive holiday. The sunbeds around the pool areas were extremely dirty and did not appear to be regularly cleaned or maintained. They looked as though they needed a thorough scrub. Premium sunbeds were available at an additional cost, and these appeared to receive better cleaning and maintenance, which was frustrating. The ongoing issue around reserving sunbeds also seemed to be addressed incorrectly. The main problem was not simply guests reserving beds; it was that there did not appear to be enough sunbeds available for the number of guests, particularly shaded areas. Many guests were looking for shade, which created unnecessary frustration and conflict. For a family-focused hotel, I felt there was a lack of variety and activities for children around the main activity pool. A lot of the entertainment appeared to be focused within the kids’ clubs, but from an English-speaking family’s perspective, these activities seemed mainly aimed towards other nationalities, leaving limited options elsewhere. The buffet food was also disappointing, with very little variety throughout the stay. The Italian restaurant experience was particularly poor — it was essentially cooked pasta with sauce and a small amount of antipasti, which was not what I would expect from a themed restaurant. Overall, the food offering did not feel to the standard expected for the price paid. There were also some issues with communication and organisation on arrival. I was not provided with much information at reception, and I only found out through another guest that there was an app available with details of activities and information about the hotel. This should have been communicated clearly upon arrival. I also witnessed guests drinking from glassware in the pool area, despite clear signage stating that glass was not permitted due to safety reasons. This was particularly concerning in the activity pool where there were many children. The toilets near the activity pool also flooded. My mum reported this initially, but no action appeared to be taken. After reporting it again, it was eventually resolved, but when the issue returned, there seemed to be a lack of ownership, with staff suggesting it was not their responsibility. Having spoken with a range of other guests during the holiday, including English guests, a German couple and a Russian guest, the general feedback was very similar — many people felt disappointed with the overall experience and felt the hotel did not represent good value for money. I have stayed in cheaper hotels that provided a much better overall experience. Overall, whilst the room and location were positive aspects, the poor drink quality, lack of cleanliness around pool areas, limited food variety, insufficient sunbeds and shade, lack of family activities, and poor communication significantly impacted the holiday. Given the cost, I expected a much higher standard from TUI Magic Life Family Hotel and unfortunately felt let down by the overall experience.
