We stay every Christmas and this time decided to have our summer holiday here for our 9th stay . Our rooms 334/336 lovely inter connecting rooms overlooking the pool. We have had a Lovely welcome starting from arrival at check in - such great hospitality. Every member of staff too many names too mention and we are been well looked after . The lobby bar is so nice in the day and likewise at night it’s so chilled great vibe . Meals are always as good there is lots of choice you won’t go hungry . My kids are fussy eaters and they are trying foods they wouldn’t eat at home. So far we have been out and about in the morning and when we have come back we have always managed to get a sunlounger and the sun is all around the pool,So we can stay in the pool until late the kids love it. The staff really go above and beyond for you they can’t do enough for you . I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Costa Adeje .

*DONT BOTHER* not worth the money, time, nor hassle. Food was inedible most nights- nicest thing was the chicken nuggets and chips from the pool bar. If you want a sunbed not only to do you need to get up at 5.30am you have to sit on the sun beds till the pool opens at 10am. Me and my partner spent most of our holidays separate till 10am because of this. Drinks were awful made us all feel ill! All your typical holiday cocktails and spirits were not included. No lunch on your last day even if you’re not leaving the hotel until late afternoon. No inflatables or footballs other than rubber rings allowed in any of the pools even though they sell them in the hotel shop! Bar and restaurant staff were so unbelievably rude they made you feel awful for just asking for a drink! I’ve never experienced behaviour like this before. I’ve never once complained about anything but this needs to be said. Save your money and avoid!! Only 2 good things about this hotel. Rooms were cleaned every day which was lovely and the staff for the kids were incredible. We are absolutely gutted that this was our yearly holiday. Should be a 3 star at best.

We have stayed for the last two years and this year twice and will be back again next year. They give us the same room as requested but I know this can alway be offered. From the moment you walk into the hotel the reception staff are welcoming, this is the same for all staff including the pool staff who welcome you in the mornings. Can I say that "will " on the roof terrace bar make your holiday. The hotel is clear bright and the food is excellent, I have heard people saying that food is rubbish and it looks like they live on Big M at home. There is always something to eat and some time too much, me and my wife put 6 and 7 pounds in a fortnight. What ever you do keep the roof terrace so us without children can sunbath in peace.

Staff are lovely very accomodating, pool, adults pool, kids pool and pool bar all lovely.. lots of choice for breakfast as we was B&B. Rooms are spacious the whole hotel is immaculate the staff work tirelessly to keep a high standard! Clean towels for pool issued every day, clean towels for room provided every day. Weve had a lovely stay, and would definately come back! Staff do monitor the sunbeds at the main pool so people cannot reserve beds before 10am you must stay with towels. Great location if you like to have a walk up beach and go in bars and restraurants everything is on the door step. 10 euro taxi ride to siam park, aqualand and las americas.

Hotel GF Fañabé in Costa Adeje has a very good location – close to the beach, restaurants, and attractions, which is its biggest advantage. Unfortunately, the hotel does not meet a 4-star standard. The property is already outdated and in need of refurbishment, and the rooms and common areas present a lower standard than expected. Air conditioning is only available in the rooms and, at high temperatures (above 30°C), does not provide full comfort. The remaining areas are not air-conditioned – in the restaurant there is only light cooling, and the reception and lobby have no air conditioning. The bathrooms lack ventilation. A major issue is the sun loungers by the pool – there is a rule of removing towels after 10 minutes of absence, which in practice causes stress and conflicts. For three days we were unable to find any available sun loungers, and management showed no interest in changing the rules. On the rooftop there is an adults-only (16+) area, but the pool is small, outdated, and there is no snack bar. On the plus side, the staff is polite and helpful. In summary: the good location and service are the biggest advantages, but the standard and organization of the pool area do not correspond to a 4-star hotel. I would not choose to stay here again.
