Nice entertainment nice workers pool is amazing

Perfect location for going into.costa adeji family night life 5 minute walk down the hill if you want the beach,bars and restaurants on the front. Hotel not best looking from outside(concrete beige colour) but its got everything you need from getting pool towels provided for when your round the pool and then you just hand in at end of day and get new for next day. Food in the restaurant is different every night and you got a good selection as well as sweet selection for.the kids with ice cream etc. Excursions there is somebody in the lobby and they are really helpful if wanting to go siam park or whale watching very helpful. The animation team are also brillant with the kids and activities are on every other hour. Theres a football pitch and play area , hotel will get you a taxi and theres a taxi rank over road and down hill. Theres a supermarket over the road and down the escalators if you come half board and theres loads of shops for your every need as well as excursion places. If you come and out of hotel and turn right go down hill you are 5 mins from all the beachfront where all bars and restaurants etc are. Drink on tap.is dorada which is not bad beer and theres selection of cocktails you get on all inclusive and burgers ,pizzas and chips around pool and slushes. Also if you go.over the road on thursdays and.sundays there is a market with all kinds of clothes and stuff been sold recommend going bit later on as does get busy first thing. The hotel itself is a bit dated but its very clean and the rooms are big enough for families with fridge etc and tv Entertainment on night is ok as well.michael.jackson tributes, circus acts. There is 2 pools i used and third on roof but that is for adults only. Main pool and kids pool around the back where the football pitch is. I would recommend this hotel as right on the money location wise and if you want a family holiday with everything you need without breaking bank brill hotel.

Not worth the money , no balls or lilos allowed in the pool, food rubbish, some of the staff were rude, couldn’t do anything without getting told off. we visit Tenerife a lot and this is probably the worst hotel we have stayed at we have stayed in cheaper better hotels in Tenerife than here. Do not waste your money to come here terrible.

I came here as a party of 10 and I have to say I wasn’t that impressed. The hotel is very clean etc, albeit extremely dated but I believe it is getting refurbished next year. We had no shampoo from day 2 and when the room was clean it wasn’t refilled. Not an issue I thought I’ll pop to reception and they took my room number and would get someone to replace. Went up that night and nothing there. Luckily family members next door shared with us by pouring some in a glass. For the 8 remaining days we were never given any shampoo….. I thought it would be a basic thing to top up. Food was quite average I thought. Breakfast was great and the omelettes and pancakes lovely. But lunch and dinner I struggled to find things to eat, the labelling was often all wrong too. What was labelled cheese bites were actually fish so if someone had an allergy they wouldn’t have known. Drinks service in the restaurant there were 2 occasions we ordered, but the drinks never came! At evening entertainment it is table service and most nights we waited over 30 minutes to be served and often our order came incomplete or wrong. There was an incident in the baby pool where a child was in difficulty and the lifeguards never even noticed! Just laughing with each other on their phones. They were not even aware anything happened, which is seriously concerning in a kids pool! Sunbed situation was ridiculous. We were at breakfast 8:30 everyday, and all sunbeds gone, we spent the entire 10 days at the baby pool, it would have been nice for the older kids in the group to get a chance in the main pool. There was often a smell of weed all the time in our corridor and loads of times round the baby pool which was concerning. Finally the hotel really need to get kids pooing in the hotel under control, we had a baby with us and it’s really not difficult to use a swim nappy with an over nappy to protect them and everyone else. I find it baffling not often this hotels pool is closed due to it! Because of this - all of our swimwear is absolutely ruined. We spent money on our swimwear and our babies swimwear and due to them needing to ‘shock’ the pool due to the poo, all of our swimwear is stained a dirty yellow colour and some of us got blotches on our skin. I’m absolutely gutted as all of our swimwear is ruined. Overall we managed to enjoy the holiday, but sadly we won’t be back here, there was just too many things that let it down, and it’s shame as genuinely the hotel is very clean and the majority of the staff very friendly.

Where do I start if you want a nice holiday don’t choose here. If you are looking for 4 star accommodation this isn’t it we had cockroaches in our rooms daily the smell of drugs down our corridor on floor 1 was overwhelming we found cockroaches crawling on the bread at breakfast. Drunk people kids running and screaming at 12-1am every night this was a holiday of nightmares for us I cannot fathom the reviews that say this place is amazing it’s dated dirty and definitely not 4 star
