Fantastic hotel. Great facilities, excellent staff and plenty space at mealtimes and by the pool. Special mention to Anita in the entertainment team who does fantastic yoga, Pilates, HIIT classes. She is a big asset to the team and her conscientious.

I emailed in advance and confirmed that the kids spa session runs on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. I then booked the Monday day pass. We turned up at the hotel at 9.30 and a lovely door man directed us to the check in desk. The woman there was serving two ladies, but didn't acknowledge as at all, which was not a good start. After 20 mins she eventually told us where to go and that was it. When we got downstairs we were served by the lovely Giselle. She explained everything to as perfectly. She gave us dressing gowns, flip flops a locker key. For everyone except my daughter as she was too small.. we started the spa experience which was amazing, I ended up getting flip flops as my daughter needed shoes to go into the snow room. The spa was amazing, which we had use of for 90 minutes. We then had use of the pools for the day. The pass included a buffet lunch, which was amazing, lots of choice of food and included one alcoholic drink or soft drink. We had an amazing day & will definitely book again. My only complaint is that the children are the same price as the children, but other than that the day was perfect. Thank you so much & thank you Giselle for taking great care of us.

Just returned from 10 days at the hotel. It was a fantastic holiday with my family. Hotel is impressive, rooms lovely & the restaurants were excellent. The lagoon pool was where we spent our days & absolutely loved it. In particular Gio from the lagoon pool bar. She was amazing, very attentive & nothing was too much trouble. She always smiled & that means so much to me. Cannot wait to return
