Hard Rock Tenerife

Great holiday , gorgeous weather, hotel is perfect. Staff in the teen kids club were excellent, my 12 year old son loved it and specia shout out to Raul who was great!

We ended up in the Hard Rock Hotel after a really bad experience in another hotel. It’s has been an experience we will never forget and so thankful to Ingrid who made us feel so welcome and valued, she upgraded our room which was out of this world. Stayed here in July for my 40th birthday with my husband, we stayed Rock Royalty level and I cannot tell you how much that upgrade is worth. An exclusive reception area, an exclusive breakfast, bar & tea time area, and an absolutely stunning view from our balcony. Dave was there to assist for the majority of our stay, he was so friendly and helpful and even brought some balloons and a cake to our room on my birthday, a lovely touch and thanks for all of your help during our stay! There are a few different a la carte's to choose from as well as the sessions buffet restaurant. We were all inclusive and whilst I see a lot of people complain about this, as it isn't true all inclusive as many hotels would be, as long as you have the app installed on your phone you can clearly see what is included and what isn't - and plenty enough is! Our room was a good size and cleaned with new towels daily, we got a complimentary 90 minute circuit of the rock spa - worth a go if you haven't done it before! We also hired a bali bed at the lagoon pool, there was a bit of confusion at first though as when we arrived no-one seemed to be manning the area so we didn't know who to pay for a while, we had to chase that a bit (we had pre-booked). Excellent entertainment at night, all the singers and bands were really good, and Mariana was there to serve us all nights and she was just amazing, she didn't stop running around all night but still made sure you were served plenty of times - another thank you to her! The only small gripe we had was our flight home was later on, we were told we could use facilities until 6pm with our bands - however our bands seemed to be deactivated at 12pm and whilst this didn't affect us using the bars and restaurants we could no longer access the rock royalty terrace which was a bit of a disappointment. All in all though this has to be my favourite hotel, well located, friendly staff, good tunes all day and I still haven't got over the sadness of being home! We will be back in the future!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, the hotel was spotless, and the atmosphere was amazing. The facilities are first-class, the pools are brilliant, and there was always something going on to keep everyone entertained. A huge thank you to the Rock Royalty team, especially Arantxa, Dave, Yasmina & Andrea, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Their friendly, professional service and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued and added that extra special touch to our holiday. We’d also like to thank Jon on Reception for the warm welcome and for always being happy to help with any questions, and Conrad at the Splash Pool, who was fantastic throughout our stay—always smiling, attentive, and ensuring we had everything we needed. The whole team made our holiday unforgettable, and it’s clear that customer service is a real priority here. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and are already looking forward to returning!
