The hotel seems to be quite new and modern. Our room was really comfortable with a big balcony, integrated kitchen unit and a small fridge. It was even air-conditioned which was a big plus. The cleaning Personal was working every day to keep everything clean and nice, which is in a family hotel a challenge for sure. Nevertheless the complete staff was always friendly. Another advantage is the location of the hotel. It’s placed close to the beach, by foot you can reach it within five minutes. And the hotel holds a separate, private beach area which is only accessible for hotel guests. It was always easy for us to find free sun loungers and sun shades, even when we arrived after lunch. As an alternative the hotel provides also a pool landscape. So if you need a pause from the beach you can easily relax at the hotels pool which is free of usage for guests. On the negative side it’s worth to mention the stench in the hotel lobby. Not sure where it comes from, but at nearly everytime of the day the stench (smelled a bit like something rotten) hits your nose quite bad. Also the kids‘ room has left a bad impression. It’s placed next to the pool which is fine, but most of the stuff inside the room is already broken and nearly unusable. When we once entered the room it strongly smelled like pee. But the biggest problem is the situation at the dinner. The hotel promotes its dinner buffet, but as a matter of fact it is not able to handle the amount of guests. All are very hectically, running around and at the show cooking stations (to be clear: most of the time it’s pasta with oil and garlic) you have to wait for ages at peek times. And be aware of the grumpy bald guy who talks to the other staff like he is a slavedriver. I understand that there must be a boss and someone who steers everything, but as a guest I’m not interested in seeing that. It should be done without impacting the atmosphere at a dinner. The offered food for kids is a joke. Most of the time it’s only pasta with tomato sauce. Once they provided sausages and once schnitzel. That’s not what I expect as state of the art food for my kids in terms of healthy and vital. For adults it seems the Dinner responsible tries to provide a variation of basically everything, as long as it is not Italian. Unfortunately most of the things are not really good. All in all the hotel is absolutely recommendable and worth the money. The staff, the rooms, the cleanliness and the location are such a big plus. We enjoyed every minute, apart from the dinner. We will come back for sure, but next time we will book only breakfast and go outside for dinner.

Super Hotel, very nice crew, good seaside area, nice pool, cool SPA area, nice sandy private beach area. Awesome meals and cooking!!! Although we booked for 3 nights (all inclusive), only 2 times lunch was included -> we did not expect that and meant some kind of negative suprise for us!! Because of that we were forced to try the local beach side restaurant and did not regret to do so. Overall we do recommend that hotel to anyone who travels as a family and possible re-vist, when in the area again :-)

We visited this hotel the 3rd time. Bathrooms are new since this year, dinner and breakfast are really good. Rooms are clean. If you want to find something to be improved it's the outdoor kids area and the coffee.

The room was big and very clean every single day. The place at Bibione Pineda is wonderful. The beach is much better then in Bibione itself. The Pool is great for parents with kids. Unfortunatley we could not use the Spa but it seemed to be wonderful. A indoor pool is there too. Was great at the only rainy day. But the very best of the hotel is the food. Great buffets every morning and evening, The only thing bad was the lousy WiFi. We could not connect for days. But the rest was just perfect.

i recently stayed at this hotel for four nights (from July 25-29), and my wife and our son (5) and daughter (2) had a wonderful time. Our room was huge, it had a little kitchenette, living room area, 1 1/2 baths. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The pool wasnt huge but was really nice for the kids. The beach is really close, just a short walk down the street, and it's a lovely beach. Sandy and clean. The provided sun loungers were also top notch and much appreciated. i got a wonderful 50 minute full body massage for 30 euros, thanks to a coupon i received at check in. i highly recommend the spa. We had breakfast included with our stay, and we were all very pleased with what they had on offer. They even had pizza every morning, as well as eggs any way you could want them, pancakes, fresh fruit, etc. etc. We had a great stay here and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
