Absolutely terrible from start to finish for a number of reasons but I will start with the most ridiculous. When a part of the ceiling falls down in your hotel room…thankfully not injuring you or your partner…but still…you would expect some kind of concern from the hotel? Oh no, not here. They simply ask you if you poked it? And then ask why should you get a discount? Absolutely appalling from all members of staff Do not stay here

perfect hotel - close to the beach, very clean, friendly staff, big rooms, roof top pool, garage - special prices at the beach, big towels available, nice food, breakfast even at 5 a:m - served at the bar / rooms are very well isolated, one does not hear anything from other guests

I came to Rimini in order to visit a professional exhibition took place in Rimini Fiera. I got a recommendation for this hotel. It's located 5 min walking from the beach. Many Italian restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel including a great Ice Cream place (Gelateria “3 Bis” – 10 min walking). What I like in the hotel is the sincere willingness of the entire hotel's staff to help solving any problem. I stayed in the 4th floor where there's a nice Gym. The hotel has also a roof bar and swimming pool which was closed (May is too early for that). Finally - the breakfast is very rich with a satisfactory assortment of different food including different Italian cakes and biscuits.
