Park Hotel Marinetta

Fantastic beach, fantastic food, great staff and good value for money. Room very clean and comfortable. Gardens and grounds well kept. Only docked one point for ease of transfer from Airport. Hotel happy to organise a transfer for you but quite pricey as only two of us. We took Pisamover from airport to Pisa Centrale, train from there to Cecina and then a 15 minute taxi to hotel.

wonderful relaxing week which will maybe not our last one. We always felt well looked after. All employees are always friendly and helpful.

We booked family room for 6 nights, I was traveling with my daughter 14 and son 12. To our shock we found out that the shower is located in the corridor which means there are no privacy to have a shower without being seen by others. I requested to change the room and receptionist gave us option to move rooms every two days. My son has ADHD and is really struggling with sudden changes. I booked directly with hotel and Francesco told me that there is a plenty activities for children such a boat trip, paddle boarding exc. When we arrived Guest Relationship Manager asked straight away and we have a car otherwise is nothing to do in hotel accept swimming pool which was more for small children and the other one just for adults. Our room was on the 3rd floor and on the 3rd night something on the roof broke and was loud metal squeaking noise all night, was not not even thought of having some sleep. I went to reception and they told me that they have to talk to someone later in the morning but we can change our room to which extend I had enough and checked out. The taxi is ridiculously overpriced, for 10 min drive we have been asked to pay 30 euros. It has to be proper information provided for customers as for bed and breakfast almost 3000 euros it's unrealistic when for every single little things you have to pay extra.

We ate at the seafood restaurant on site and the food and service by Filiberto and Sock was just outstanding. From Filiberto assisting with selecting a wine to Sock finishing food prep table side made for a fantastic experience.

Yet another amazing place that truly honours the rich food heritage of Tuscany. Will be back, without a doubt. You won't regret it.
