Tre Archi

Was told by reception, sorry for your room, that was as we got the keys, then found it was on the 3rd floor, had to drag 20kg case up 3 floors, nearly killed myself. The room was in the attic ins I’ve banged my head 10 times the ceiling is so low ans concrete beams everywhere. Decided to out up with it until we literally got thrown out the room one day because 3 workmen wanted to come in to do something. When I spoke to reception he spoke to me like it was my fault somehow, complete lack of any empthy and customer service. The room was hot, like a furnace, with an air conditioner that didn’t work in 30c heat, in the roof, you can imagine how hot it was, they put an air conditioner with a pipe in an open window that let in more heat than it cooled, Again the reception didn’t even care when I told them. Good location, that the only positive.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Your arrival is met with a mild warm welcome, which was pay your tourist tax by cash first. Our room windows looked into a building site, which we didn’t hear any building work when we were in the room work but work is ongoing. You can see from the pictures the bags of cement, rat traps and other bits that it is not a view you want. Upon speaking to the reception we were told she can’t get hold of the manager, and she wouldn’t change us rooms unless we paid for an upgrade. Nice! Flooring in the room needed replaced, please see picture. The safe is also broken, we reported that but didn’t get fixed. Do prepare to carry all your valuables with you. Breakfast, prepare yourself to eat elsewhere. Fire alarm went of twice in one night, reception just turned it off and told those that did come to reception to go back their rooms. If you do book this hotel, good luck. My advice stretch your budget and book elsewhere.

.Upon arrival at the hotel, everything seemed fine, though we did notice the hairdryer wasn't working. Unfortunately, when we returned late that evening, we found there was no electricity at all—not just the hairdryer, but the lights, power outlets, and air conditioning were all out. At reception, a man told us he was only the night watchman and couldn't help; he explained that this was an regular ongoing issue for the hotel and that other rooms were also without power. We would like a response from the hotel management: what exactly did we pay £179 for—staying in a like tent? The room was full of dust and the breakfast was poor ,coffee machines not working properly and cold drinks machine leaking. We certainly wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel to anyone; it is definitely not a three-star hotel, but rather a weak two-star one.
