.Upon arrival at the hotel, everything seemed fine, though we did notice the hairdryer wasn't working. Unfortunately, when we returned late that evening, we found there was no electricity at all—not just the hairdryer, but the lights, power outlets, and air conditioning were all out. At reception, a man told us he was only the night watchman and couldn't help; he explained that this was an regular ongoing issue for the hotel and that other rooms were also without power. We would like a response from the hotel management: what exactly did we pay £179 for—staying in a like tent? The room was full of dust and the breakfast was poor ,coffee machines not working properly and cold drinks machine leaking. We certainly wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel to anyone; it is definitely not a three-star hotel, but rather a weak two-star one.

Easy to walk to hotel from train. Quiet location. Staff were nice and comforting. Room was clean and looked like pictures. Big breakfast. Beautiful view. 24 hour front desk with cold drinks. Thank you to Abraham for making me laugh and singing me happy birthday!! I hope I see you again soon.

Absolutely disgraceful would never recommend Firstly on arrival day we got a room on the second floor had no lifts had to drag two 20kg suitcases up 4 flights of stairs When got to room nothing like photos reminded me of a prison cell no moving around space couldn’t open window due to scaffolding and all could hear was banging as it was under construction Wasn’t happy so went down to reception eventually after going back and forth with the receptionist she agreed to change us to a different room on the ground floor so we took it,We can back some time later and the room was covered in ants on the walls and the tables when we spoke to a man who had black glasses and was bald he was the rudest person ever and told us it was our fault cause we were eating food in the room isn’t that what u meant to do After arguing with him over and back we just grabbed our bags and left would never return bck If I’m being honest it put a whole damper on our holiday awayy with the rudeness of stafff
