Super staffs Eashana, Silver, Bakku (local staff) We had a wonderful experience at the resort in Adaaran Rannalhi. . A special thanks to Eashani who truly stood out during our stay, arranged repeater amenities and welcome table at the restaurant (small simple but big meaning to welcome back us) When we initially raised a concern regarding this to a Kyrgyzstan staff that we are repeaters, unfortunately no action no response. However, Eashani immediately stepped in, reacted very quickly, and ensured everything was handled properly by providing all the necessary assistance. Her prompt response and genuine care made a big difference to our experience. We would also like to appreciate the Silver best barman at the bar, who was extremely friendly and always welcoming. A very special mention to Bakku, the local staff member, who was outstanding, super friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. His warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. Thank you entire staff that made our holiday super happy and enjoyfullll.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were left with the warmest memories. The atmosphere was very cozy, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Thanks to the hotel manager, any issues were resolved quickly. I'd especially like to mention the restaurant – delicious cuisine, beautiful presentation, and friendly service. I'd especially like to thank our Sabina. You can truly feel the care she gives to her guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay; the time flew by! We'll be happy to return again and will recommend this place to friends and family.

We had a large improvement from our first day of arrival Day 2 we could finally settled in After Eashani (resort coordinator) And JK (Manager) Went out of their way to make our stay a much better experience Both JK and Eashani are beautiful people and deserve 5 star ratings each - thank you both for looking after us As mentioned our stay was made more enjoyable each day The service at the restaurant was beyond exceptional Our waitress Sabina looked after us and made our experience very very positive Sabina also served us during our romantic lobster dinner absolutely no fault with the service Sabrina provided - such a professional Strongly recommend the Lobster Dinner on the beach it was so fresh and tasty with exceptional service by Sabina . . INITIAL REVIEW (the shaky start of weird travellers) Subject: Adaaran Club Rannalhi Location: Rannalhi Title: NOT A GOOD START Text: Been travelling since 8am till now (6:30pm) long day We had to wait 1 hour 20 minutes for the boat to take us on a 45 minute ride to the island, after the flight from Sri Lanka We arrived to find out the room we paid extra for (ocean view) was totally blocked by a very large tree could not see through Went to reception to ask why have we paid more for an ocean view which is totally blocked Then upon looking into our itinerary the room we were appointed to was the cheaper room, not the next level of room, which we actually paid more for They had nothing else on offer (what we paid for) at this time Therefore we ask for the manager as we were very disappointed JK (manager) came out and was extremely apologetic and ask if we would stay in the 212 room tonight and would arrange a room which we paid for tomorrow once some other guests checked out We are giving this a 1 star review for our first day JK deserves a 5 star as he handled the situation very well, with an upset and weiry traveller - thanks JK hope the next 4 days get better, will update review

This island is beautiful. Every single member of the team works tirelessly to ensure guests feel welcomed, cared for, and relaxed throughout their stay. A very special thank you to Nabeeh, Himyaan, Mahfooz, Ali, Zonlif, and Manoth, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality are a real credit to the island. We have visited the Maldives before, but the level of service here was truly outstanding and among the best we have ever experienced. Roshan made our check-in completely seamless and stress-free, while Moosah provided fantastic service throughout our entire stay and always made us feel valued and looked after. Please pass on our sincere thanks to the entire team. They work incredibly hard and deserve every bit of recognition and praise for the amazing experience they create for their guests.
