Atmosphere Kanifushi Maldives

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Kanifushi and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. One of the real highlights of our trip was the excursions. The nurse shark snorkelling trip was an unforgettable experience, and the turtle snorkelling trip was just as incredible. We also loved the daily reef visits, which gave us plenty of opportunities to explore the beautiful marine life around the island. The food throughout our stay was lovely, with a great variety on offer. A special mention has to go to the teppanyaki restaurant and Pier Six, both of which were standout dining experiences and definitely worth visiting. Finally, we would like to give a huge thank you to all the staff, especially our primary contact Maryna, who was always quick to respond to our messages and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. The level of service was exceptional from start to finish, and everyone went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. We would happily return and highly recommend Kanifushi to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Atmosphere Kanifushi Maldives. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and beautifully organized.Our stay was extremely comfortable. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and every meal felt like a treat. What truly made our experience special was the incredible staffs. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. A special mention to AYAAN who took care of us so well the hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel truly valued. Overall, it was a perfect getaway and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable Maldives experience. We can’t wait to come back!

What a wonderful and memorable holiday at Kanifushi! After our original holiday was cancelled due to Dubai airport being closed we were forced to make a quick decision on booking an alternative holiday, instead flying direct to Male from Heahrow. We were impressed from the start - being met at Male airport by both Virgin and Kanifushi staff who took control of our onward sea plane journey and ushered us to the sea plane terminal. We waited about an hour in the sea plane lounge (air conditioned, views, food, drinks, bathrooms etc) and then we were off to paradise...and our little paradise for 10 days it was. Met by the welcome drumming party on landing and seeing first hand the stunning clear turquoise waters felt very special. Our Guest Relations Officer (GRO), Hamza, sat us down with a welcome drink and cold flannel and went through all the details with us. He explained that he is at our beck and call and that we just need to Whatsapp him should we need absolutely anything during our stay. He escorted us on his shuttle bus (these go up and down the 2km long island all day long and taxi you around as needed) around the island to show us the restaurants and bars etc and then dropped us at our beach villa with pool. The villa was a great size for the 2 of us and our private pool was much bigger than we thought it would be. The sand and sea just at the end of your own pool feels like you've got a private section of beach to yourselves. It was an amazing place to relax with a drink and watch the sunset every evening about 615pm😍 The food in all restaurants on the resort in our opinion was very good - fresh curries and rotis made in front of you while you wait in the main buffet restaurant was superb. The fine dining restaurant on site, Pier Six, was stunning. The ribeye steak served on a sizzling platter, sat outside watching the fish in the sea, incredible. Just Veg was our favourite restaurant, part of the all inclusive package but needs a reservation - 7 or so courses, if you like, of non-meat dishes that are incredibly tasty. The closest to Michelin dining imo. Hamza checked in with us each morning to see if there was anything we needed for the day, he would book the spa treatments for us (also included), excursions (the turtle snorkeling trip was amazing), restaurants, waterspouts activities anything really. He even took the time to show me 2 of the other villa types in case we decide to go back again. I could write a short novel about our stay here, everything and everyone was great, a really really incredible and friendly place. We would have happily stayed another week! We had an amazing time at Kanifushi. From arrival at Male airport until we left - everything was so well organized and easy. The resort is beautiful, the food was great and the snorkeling was amazing. We did the shark snorkeling and highly recommend it! Special thanks to our GRO Maryna who took great care of us throughout, Nirmala who kept our villa spotless, Thapa at Sunset who was a lovely waiter, and the whole Oceanix team especially Jago and Rayyan. We will be back!
