We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in the Maldives. The setting is truly breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters, pristine beaches, and excellent facilities. A very special thank you to Hamza, our host, for his warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding service throughout our stay. He was always available to help, attentive to every detail, and played a big part in making our experience so enjoyable and memorable. The entire team was fantastic, and we leave with unforgettable memories. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Maldives and hope to return in the future. We stayed at Atmosphere Kanifushi as a family at the end of May to celebrate some special family occasions, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. We've been fortunate enough to travel to some wonderful places, but what makes this resort truly special isn't just the stunning setting – it's the people. From the moment we landed in Malé, the Atmosphere team were there to look after us, making the transfer process completely seamless. That exceptional level of service continued throughout our entire stay. A special mention has to go to our personal butler, Hansi, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she was always available to help, and even organised a beautiful floating breakfast for my wife's birthday, making the occasion even more memorable. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a Grand Pool Villa, and it was incredible. The villas are spacious, beautifully designed and perfect for families. The private pools are huge and gave the children endless hours of fun. Room service was impeccable, with excellent housekeeping and evening turndown service, and the minibar and snacks were always fully replenished. The beach is simply breathtaking. Soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water and gentle waves make it ideal for families with young children. It almost feels like a giant natural swimming pool. Getting around the island on the complimentary bikes was another highlight, especially for the kids. Cycling through the beautiful tropical scenery with the fragrant flowers all around was a lovely part of the experience. The food deserves a special mention. Every restaurant we visited was excellent, with a huge variety and consistently high quality. The Kanifushi Plan is exceptional value and one of the best all-inclusive packages we've experienced. The extensive wine list, premium drinks, excellent dining options, included spa treatments, unlimited bottled water and numerous extras meant we hardly spent anything beyond the cost of our holiday, which is almost unheard of at luxury island resorts. The service at Sunset Pool Bar was outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive and genuinely seemed to enjoy making guests happy. Pier Six was another highlight, with exceptional food and service that made every visit memorable. For families, this resort is hard to beat. The kids loved the arcade, the Kids Club and the entertainment available throughout the resort. One evening we watched an incredible fire dancing performance which was absolutely spectacular and added to the magical atmosphere. It was also lovely to regularly see the General Manager out and about around the resort, chatting with guests and ensuring everything was running smoothly. That hands-on approach really reflects the culture of the resort. If I had to mention a couple of minor points, the house reef isn't the strongest if your main priority is snorkelling straight from the beach. There are plenty of excursions available, but those looking for an exceptional house reef should be aware. Mosquitoes were also noticeable during our stay, although we visited during the rainy season and the resort actively fogs the island to help manage them. The reality is that these are very small points in what was otherwise a perfect holiday. Atmosphere Kanifushi gave our family memories that will last a lifetime. The beautiful surroundings, exceptional accommodation, outstanding food and drink, fantastic facilities and, above all, the warmth and kindness of every single member of staff made this one of the best holidays we've ever had. We left already talking about when we could return. If you're considering the Maldives, especially as a family, don't hesitate. Atmosphere Kanifushi is simply outstanding and comes with our highest possible recommendation.

Our stay at Atmosphere Kanifushi Maldives was incredible from start to finish. The team were so helpful in supporting me whilst travelling in a wheelchair, making everything feel easy and stress-free. Our Overwater Villa was beautiful, with spectacular views that we will never forget. We loved the drinks on offer throughout the resort, enjoyed lunch every day at Sunset Bar, and had a wonderful experience dining at Pier Six. A special shout out to all of the amazing staff, but especially Ayaan, our hilarious host who kept us laughing throughout our stay. Thank you also to Ali, Kudus, and Poran for always being so helpful with transport around the island, and to Sumali in the main restaurant for her exceptional service and kindness. A first class hotel and service. The staff are so friendly and welcoming they can’t do enough for you. The hotel is beautiful, rustic yet it has top quality products and furnishings. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and our host Maryna went above and beyond in making it such a special experience! The hotel Kanifushi Maldives is a destination that you will never forget.
