Bandos Maldives

We arrived morning of March 11th 2026 and were warmly greeted by Lealy in reception, which was wonderful. Both our villas were ready on arrival. Lealy gave us a comprehensive tour of the beautiful location and all the amenities. The island itself is bliss, picturesque and peaceful. After resting from our flight we went back to talk to Lealy - she was brilliant. We were very happy with our villas 308 & 309. Everyone on the island was extremely friendly & polite, the two guys that looked after our villas; Mohamed Abul-Balam & Mohamed Shohag Rana, very also fantastic. Cleanliness was always 10/10! The restaurants were also fantastic along with the staff looking after us every evening. Lealy kindly arranged a special evening in the Tappanyaki Restaurant for a birthday - it was amazing thank you to the Chef! We also upgraded for one night to a water villa to celebrate the birthday, it was so worth it and we are so grateful to the staff for accommodating us so amazingly. Thank you for the memories. Location was perfect on the big island. The atmosphere was awesome. Me and my wife went there for our honeymoon. We were in a private villa in front of the beach. The rooms were neat and clean. The housekeeping staff came twice a day to makeup the bed. In terms of value, it was spot-on. We didn't even expect it to be that good. The noise level was minimal. It was very peaceful. The amenities were upto the mark. The buffet staff was also very polite and supportive. In 'Gallery' restaurant, we were served awesome Indian food by Chef Jaiveer and Chef Nakib Alam.

From start to finish a fantastic holiday. The island is beautiful and the staff can’t do it enough for you. Excellent food and drink at the gallery restaurant (Gayan looked after us so well) the Beach BBQ was great, we also got to experience the sunrise champagne breakfast which was amazing, the sunset dolphin cruise and a very special meal at the grill restaurant for my birthday. Big shout out to Muhammad and the young lady at Huvan that went above and beyond to make our holiday special. Harly at the pool bar makes the best cocktails and works so hard! Can’t recommend enough!

A charming little hotel island with a beautiful snorkeling and diving area. A paradisiacal atmosphere with the wonderful scent of frangipani. It was pleasantly quiet, no one was intrusive, everything was simply perfect. We had a small, simple terraced house right on the beach with a foot-washing station in front, a terrace, a clothes drying rack, and seating on the veranda. Inside, there was a small entryway for taking off shoes, then a double bed, a desk with a minibar, plenty of storage space, a coffee machine, a large mirror, a hairdryer, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, two luggage racks, a wardrobe with a safe, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet with a separate shower and a sink. We booked the most basic accommodation option, but even that was very good. Regular and good housekeeping; there was also always a small terry cloth floor towel in the entrance to prevent too much sand from getting into the room. The food was great, a mix of international and local dishes, with excellent service. We enjoyed it very much.
