Bandos Maldives

It was a perfect trip. We stay 7 nights there. Beautiful beach, clean rooms, nice food and drinks. The employees were super nice, we played soccer with them and they fulfill every wish. We will come again!

Last week, I had a short stay at Bandos Resort, and I feel compelled to write a glowing review. From the very first moments on the island, it was immediately apparent that this was going to be a truly special experience. The welcome from the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely heartfelt. I was booked into one of their overwater villas, so after a quick check-in, they transported me and my luggage directly to my room. Driving across the island and out to the villa along the beautiful wooden bridge was an experience in itself. The room was absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully decorated, incredibly private, and offering amazing views, with direct access to the sea via a private staircase. The villa also featured a private pool, a large deck with two sun loungers, and a wonderfully secluded outdoor shower. Inside, every detail felt first-class. It was honestly one of the nicest suites I have ever experienced. The bathroom alone was spectacular, featuring a huge soaking tub overlooking the ocean, elegant double vanities, and an opulent shower. Walking around the island was peaceful and breathtaking, with beautiful views of neighboring islands and the endless expanse of the Indian Ocean. The sand was some of the softest and whitest I can ever remember seeing. The water temperature was perfect, the marine life incredible, and the snorkeling absolutely spectacular. During my stay, I also took advantage of the professional facilities at the Bandos Dive Center. The four dives I completed were fantastic. The staff was excellent, the entire process was seamless, and the diving itself was truly world-class. Highly recommended. The dining experience was equally impressive. There were plenty of fresh, healthy options at the main dining area, as well as several other restaurants around the island to choose from. Every member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. When it was finally time for bed, I was blown away by the comfort of the mattress and the quality of the linens. It truly felt like every detail had been thoughtfully considered. After a wonderful night’s sleep, breakfast the next morning was just as enjoyable as dinner had been the night before. I was genuinely sad to leave, but I returned home with many wonderful memories that I will cherish for years to come. If the scale allowed it, I would easily rate this resort a 10 out of 10.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort, especially because of the amazing host, Gene. She was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
