This was our first trip to the Maldives and we were very happy with it. The transfer by seaplane was effective and very well organised by the hotel. It isn’t cheap but they tell you the price up front. They take payment on arrival at the hotel for the seaplane and the green tax. On arrival we were met by our rep for the week Bishmi who was on hand through the week for anything we needed. We went all inclusive which was good value. It’s all buffet style AI but it was decent and varied. The restaurant staff serve you drinks and are very attentive. We went to the beach bar most afternoons. There is one guy who serves drinks to loungers - the hotel should be pushing all staff to do this as it makes a difference. We did get quite a few mozzy bites so take some good deterrent. Housekeeping come twice a day to clean and once a day to fill up your water and a limited mini bar. All the staff on the island are super friendly and work hard every day. The island itself is a picture perfect paradise with the white sands and the turquoise ocean. There are also some resident flying foxes. We paid for the Al a carte one night which was reasonably priced. The shop is very expensive and limited sun cream options so make sure you bring plenty. The drinks are all non branded for all inclusive and the cocktails can be quite sugary. The entertainment wasn’t the best. Exception being one decent singer they hired in. We had a deluxe water villa, which had a private pool and steps into the ocean (which was beautiful shallow water over sands). We regularly watched small sharks, fish, and the odd ray from our pool. I snorkled out a bit further to see tropical fish over the reef. The free snorkling trip is a must. I found myself face to face with a large turtle, and saw a large ray swimming around as well as lots of tropical fish. The free sunset cruise we saw pilot whales. We paid for the dolphin cruise as well and were not dissatisfied! You can borrow snorkling equipment free of charge from the watersports centre. The staff went to extra measures to help make our wedding anniversary special (it was for our 20th). All in all it was a great holiday we will never forget. All in all we were very impressed

We stayed here for 2 weeks in mid June. Our transfer was great, we didn’t have to wait long & it was directly to the island. Check in was quick. We stayed in a water villa with pool. The villa was a good size, clean & had the amenities needed. The bed was super comfortable & we slept very well. However the villa was tired, the wooden bannisters on the decking out in the bathroom were wobbly/broken & the same was to be said on the decking out the back. They had tried to be repaired using wood filler which obviously hasn’t done the job. The pool is tiled but they do not use grout so all of the edges of the tiles are exposed & sharp. I sliced the bottom of my foot whilst stepping down the steps into the pool. The service was great in Lime restaurant, our server was brilliant however I forgot to get his name. The only major issue is that none of the non alcoholic drinks are cold, they all come from a can sat on the side of the bar. We had to have ice every time just to make them drinkable. Same with the water. The food was not great. We are not fussy eaters but some nights we were struggling. On the Italian night, we were told there was a 15 minute wait for the lasagna, as it was being snapped up so quickly. No problem if it wasn’t a buffet service. The Pizza’s were being snapped up so quickly that most times, the server was empty. We tried the Sunset Grill, it was OK but the steak was full of gristle so was only half eaten. Not worth the money. Service around the main pool was minimal, some days better than others, even when we tipped every time we had a drink. The sunbeds around the pool are plentiful as there as some on the beach too, which is next to the pool. We had a short spell of rain so the sunbed toppers where taken in by the pool attendants, which is understandable, however when the rain had passed, I asked for 2 toppers only to be told that he couldn’t give them to me until his supervisor had given him the all clear to do so! It was bright sunshine by then! So we had to spend the next hour led on wooden slats until I went back over & asked again, to which them gave them to me. Not great. The Cocktails were lovely, we tried many different variations & loved most of them. However, when we asked for a Bailey’s we were told they do not do it. When we mentioned this to another server, we were told they do but there would be a $3 charge for it. Fine, I will have a double! This wasn’t the first time we had been told one thing only to find out another. The same happened with the Excursions, I asked about 4 different ones, was told “we don’t do those this time of year”. One being the Sunset fishing, only to find out from another guest 3 days later that they had booked in to go on it that night! The only excursions that were available to us were Snorkelling & Sunset Cruise, which we did. The snorkelling was ok, the reef is not great, compared to other places in the Maldives but if you want to see anything, this is really the only way to do so as the reef is so dead by the water villas, there is practically nothing to see, so disappointing. The Sunset Cruise was basically a 40 minute boat ride to the coast of the island with trees that we could see from our villa & back again. We had this included in the cost of our holiday but there is no way I would pay $70 for this. The Spa – we had a 30 minute free foot massage with our holiday, so we went to the spa to book this, where we were offered to upgrade to a 60 minute full body massage for an extra $45, which we took up. This was such an amazing experience & this is coming from 2 people who have never had a massage! We went for the Swedish massage & the 2 ladies who did this were fantastic. So much so that straight after we had this one, we booked a 90 minute one the following week. These ladies are so good, it is hard to put into words, 100% recommend this, you will not be disappointed! These ladies really are a credit to the island & we would like to extend our thanks to them for making our first Spa experience so good (coming from someone who hates being touched) – give them a pay rise! Overall, we had a good holiday but would we go back? No, there are more cons than pros for us. Definitely do not go here if you are expecting fantastic marine life at your feet, the reef is all dead.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort in the Maldives! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The island is stunning, the villas are beautiful, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. The activities were a real highlight of our trip. We especially loved the snorkeling excursions, which gave us the chance to experience the incredible marine life and vibrant coral reefs. A special thank you to Donku and Amina, our snorkeling instructor, whose expertise, patience, and enthusiasm made every trip memorable and enjoyable. He helped us feel comfortable in the water and ensured we had an unforgettable experience. We would also like to recognize Yassine, our resort point of contact, for taking such great care of us. Yassine was always attentive, professional, and ready to assist with anything we needed, making our stay seamless and stress-free. The combination of breathtaking surroundings, fantastic activities, and outstanding hospitality made this one of the best vacations we have ever had. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect Maldivian getaway and cannot wait to return!

Best hotel ever with the nicest host Raj kumar paul. I recommend everybody to visit this beautiful place.
