Good location, good Staff, very poor facilities, no internet / dirty or no clear water at times, we were here for 4 nights and got our rooms changed but the issue got worst. Operation manager will just say sorry and that we will fix it but maintenance is very very poor seems like operation manager does not have any control on the staff. Maintenance is the work.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and truly enjoyed our vacation. A special thank you goes to our housekeeper, Raj kumar paul, who did an outstanding job throughout our stay. He was always incredibly attentive, friendly, and hardworking. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day, and everything was always spotless and well organized. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. His dedication and attention to detail made a real difference and contributed greatly to our overall experience. We highly appreciate his excellent work and would like to thank him for his kindness and professionalism. We would definitely recommend this resort and hope to return in the future.

I want to write about our butler Raj Kumar Paul (deluxe water villa 739). He was always near and ready to help every moment. He was extremely polite and caring. And of course our room was always clean and we have all what we need. Thanks to our butler and the hotel.
