The location of this hotel is really good, and the beach is absolutely amazing. The views and surroundings are beautiful, which was definitely the best part of the stay. However, the service was not as good as expected. The rooms are quite far from the lobby and the restaurant, and there is no easy transportation available around the property. The only option is a car service from the lobby, which takes a long time, and there are no bikes provided. This made it very inconvenient, especially having to walk a lot under the sun. There was also some construction in front of the island, which made it a bit noisy at times and affected the peaceful atmosphere. The food did not have much variety, and I would rate it 3/10. As for the staff, some were welcoming and helpful, while others were not very friendly. Overall, I would rate my experience 4/10.
