Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa Maldives

Centara Resort continues to set a high standard of comfort and guest satisfaction, making every visit truly enjoyable. and also Special thanks to Simon Brother (Nepal 🇳🇵) , Captain of the Bar Department, for his outstanding service, professionalism, and warm hospitality.

30 min boat ride to our island. Welcoming arrival. Stay was beautiful. All staff were friendly and helpful. Amirul was our room attendant and he did a fantastic job.

We spent 16 wonderful days at the Centara Ras Fushi Resort on Giraavaru. Here is our take on the different aspects of that stay: The Island of Giraavaru ------------------------------------- Giraavaru is in the immediate vicinity of Male in the North Male Atoll. On one side this is good, as it means a very short boat ride for transfer from/to the Airport. On the other side, it means lots of Boat traffic and extreme light pollution from Male and the Commercial/Container Harbour. The House Reef is beautiful, but it is only accessible for Scuba Divers or experienced Snorkelers as the current can be strong and pull you out in the commercial shipping lanes (snorkelers are “required” to wear a life jacket). The CRF Resort ------------------------- Very nice resort with several restaurants and bars, as well as a nice offering of Spa, Fitness, Activities and Water Sports. The villas are spacious & nicely appointed and the beds very comfortable. We had a beach Villa with Jacuzzi (completely private and thus very nice for relaxing in your birthday suit after a long day of Scuba Diving) and a private patio with lounge chairs and beach umbrella. The “Over-Water Villas” have direct access to the water, but lack privacy for their Jacuzzis and also, they don’t have umbrellas. The resort is doing much be eco-friendly (solar electricity, coral planting/nursery, reef cleaning days, ...) The Food --------------- The Breakfast Buffet is extremely generous with wonderful fruits, lots of different breads, a broad variety of warm foods and beverages. The main restaurant is buffet-style with changing themes every evening. The food there is astoundingly good for a buffet and you can feel that it is prepared with skill and love (you absolutely have to try the Pani Puri). The 3 specialties restaurants (Thai, Arabic, Italian) offer delicious food of their respective “countries” served at your table (set 3 courses menu). Also here, the quality is very high and the food tastes delicious. And if you so desire, you can always ask for a large serving (depending on your appetite). The wines that are available by the glass are surprisingly good. The Staff -------------- The great majority of the staff is very friendly and helpful. But even then, some stand particularly out. Starting with Francesco (the GM) who is very present and helping out left and right, on to Nga (training & activities supervisor), Raya (the competent, smiling and friendly hostess in the restaurant), Mamun (very efficient and friendly housekeeping), Riza (the lifeguard), and Kabil (one of the gardeners). They all made us feel welcome and valued guests. The Diving ---------------- The Diving Staff at “Best Diving Maldives” (the resort’s own PADI 5* diving outfit) is great. Albina at the desk is always welcoming you with a smile. The Boat Crew (Captain Wajeeh and Deck Hand Asadhul) were very knowledgeable on where to go for the best dive conditions, always preparing our gear, and helping my wife get back into the boat in “rougher” seas. Shiyaan & Nappe (the Dive Masters/Guides) know the reefs like their backyards and thus ensure that you have a safe diving experience with a maximum sighting of marine life. Summary -------------- A wonderful, relaxing, fulfilling fortnight+ in a dream place.

This is second time for us 👍🏻, Lovely Of centara ras FUSHI RESORT AND SPA service all inclusive specailly Mr.Dinish, Mr.Simon pool bar they are good service and entertainment so kind of staff and also Mr. MOFAZZAL make decoration of room service and cleaning good, 😀 we love it.
