Eri Maldives

Wonderful setting, accommodation, beaches, house reef for diving and snorkelling with all the turtles, scuba sites on short boat trips with super dive staff and nitrox, transfers, fantastic food and friendly staff

Eri Maldives was an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. The island is beautiful, with gorgeous white-sand beaches and a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. Even though we had quite a bit of rain during my stay, it honestly didn’t take away from the experience at all. The diving was truly out of this world and one of the highlights of my trip. The reefs and marine life were incredible, and the dive team made every day something to look forward to. What really makes Eri special, though, is the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming and attentive, and I felt very well cared for throughout my stay. I especially want to recognize Nuzuh and Chef Ganesh. Nuzuh was incredibly kind and attentive and made every meal feel welcoming and personal. Chef Ganesh was amazing — the food was consistently delicious, beautifully prepared and honestly far exceeded my expectations. I looked forward to every meal. As a solo traveler, I particularly appreciated how comfortable and at home everyone made me feel while still allowing me to enjoy the peacefulness of the island at my own pace. Between the beautiful setting, exceptional diving, wonderful food and truly lovely people, Eri Maldives gave me a trip I will remember for a very long time. I would absolutely return.

Room 205. It was really beautiful experience. The service was really good and professional. Especially our main waitress Nuzufa was expecially nice and helpful. We spent our time on small Eri island but with a loats of capturing memories.

I write this on our last night at Eri Maldives. This was our first visit to the Maldives, and I am not sure we could have selected are more perfect resort. It is going to be very sad to leave tomorrow! We were greeted as soon as we arrived off the plane and shortly after we were on the resort transfer boat to Eri, a short 50min ride by boat. The location was perfect. We had 5 nights, 6 days and it feels like we have been here much longer. The days were filled with relaxation, snorkling, such great marine life, swimming with reef sharks, turtles and many many types of fish. The resort itself is very nice, from the rooms to the communinal areas and the dining, all very well cared for and you can tell the whole place has recently been renovated. The staff do a fantastic job at keeping it all looking great and our room was serviced twice a day, nothing was ever a problem. Shout out to our dining host Nuzufa, who looked after us extremely well during our meals, and to the chef, Ganesh who cooked fabulous meals each day, we have never eaten so well (or so much!). Also shout out to Ved, from the diving centre, your are a legend! It was great chatting to you and we felt very safe with you for our intro to scuba diving, we hope your travels to our home of Tasmania will be just as memorable. Our package stay via Luxury Excapes was great value. We absolutely loved our time at Eri, and would go back in an instant!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Eri and would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the wonderful staff who made my time on the island so comfortable, relaxing and truly special. The island itself is exactly what you would hope for from a small, unpretentious, almost deserted island. If you’re looking to escape, switch off and simply have some time out from the world, Eri is the perfect place. Azure-blue, warm waters, talcum-powder sand, a beautiful reef and incredible marine life — all in an intimate setting where you still receive that wonderful personal touch. I would particularly like to acknowledge the staff members who made my stay so memorable. The spa team are at the very top of my list. All three were absolutely amazing and provided a truly first-class experience. Muthia, in particular, holds a special place in my heart. Her genuine care, warmth and beautiful smile made every interaction with her so lovely. Haroon, the GM, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always making sure everything was taken care of. Then there was Imam (Sharook Khan), who was simply so sweet; Noor, with his wonderfully dry sense of humour; Amita, who always seemed to greet you with a smile; and Fay, the new hostess, who is a fantastic addition to the Eri family. Abdullah, the quiet achiever, deserves a special mention too, as does our wonderful chef Ganesh and his sous chef Malaka, who made me the most amazing spicy omelet! I'm sure I’ve forgotten some names, and I apologise to anyone I haven't mentioned, but please know that every member of the team contributed to making my stay such a memorable one. Overall, my time at Eri was exactly what I needed — peaceful, uncomplicated, beautiful and filled with genuinely wonderful people. Thank you to the entire Eri team for making my stay not just comfortable, but truly special. I left feeling completely relaxed, recharged and very grateful that I had the opportunity to experience your beautiful little island. I hope to return one day. ❤️ Reem
