Kuredu Island Resort & Spa

A piece of tropical paradise. Couldn't have asked for a better location, the staff were exceptional and nothing was a problem. The rooms were just right and always cleaned and tidied and the food choices were amazing. It's certainly on the radar for a return trip.

Kuredu is an incredible island. From the room, food, excursions and everything else, we can't fault anything. All the staff are so friendly and helpful too. Would definitely recommend Kuredu.

Our friend group six visited this island from end April for two weeks. We had an absolutely incredible stay at Kuredu Resort and genuinely can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special — from our first seaplane experience to the warm local welcome on the island, right through to how organised and seamless everything was on the morning we left. The whole experience felt incredibly well run. Kuredu being one of the larger islands in the Maldives was a huge plus for us, as there was so much to explore. We loved being able to venture around the island, enjoy the beautiful beaches, snorkel, dive, and spot local wildlife. What truly made this holiday stand out was the staff. This was the most genuinely warm, friendly and attentive service I’ve ever experienced across all of our holidays — and that says a lot. A special thank you to: 🩷 Sameer who took us through everything we needed to know, kept us updated throughout our stay and dealt with all our requests and queries! And Faizan who welcomed us from the seaplane and helped organise a special surprise for our anniversary, much appreciated. 🩷 Both Priti and Tanvi, who gave us such a lovely welcome at the buffet, I can see why they are the greeters 🤗 🩷 Mahendra and Ashok on the cooking stations who made fantastic food and remembered our preferences! 🩷 Ajith and Raj on fruit and salad stations who were both brilliant and attentive to requests. 🩷 Alfans, our waiter, who always greeted us with a huge smile and provided excellent service alongside his colleagues. 🩷 Nima and the Pool Bar team, who were very efficient and accomodating. 🩷 Vipin, who drove the buggy and always shared great tips and had lovely chats with us, and April who was very sweet in the main shop! 🩷 Kim, who did an outstanding job cleaning our room at 442 every day (despite the chaos we sometimes left behind!) and surprised us with an amazing “See You Soon” message on our final evening. Every single person we encountered at Kuredu made us feel welcome and looked after. The friendliness was so genuine, and it really elevated the entire trip. It was great we could hangout at Sangu Beach for stunning sunsets and those classic Maldives postcard views. There were six of us with various food preferences, and food was so good there was something for everyone at breakfast, lunch and dinner - variety was excellent, with plenty of different options each day. We visited from end April to May and were very lucky with the weather — we only had a couple of half-days of overcast skies with one day of thunder and lightning, which honestly ended up being part of the adventure! We had such a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We felt the resort was very well run and the staff made this holiday so enjoyable. This is my second visit to the Maldives and I much preferred this experience. Thank you, Kuredu, for such a memorable holiday 🤗🩷

Tye location was perfect as it was a 40min sea plane tide from Male, which made it close but far from the main resorts. The atmosphere was completely relaxed, we had a warm welcome, the other guests were welcoming too and the overall atmosphere was that of complete relaxation. It was a beautiful place. We got upgraded and so we were so happy that we had a beach bungalow and our own beach. Always clean and so well looked after, even the outside bathroom was amazing. Room service was excpetional, breakfast was awesome and tye waiters and waitresses were so lovely. Ammenities were great and easily accessible, and good opening times. Food was AMAZING and the resort was more or less silent 99% of the times, it was bliss and so peaceful. Price for room service and the Nika shop was not too bad and we disnt spend half of what we thought we would. So the overall experience was - BOOK THIS ITS PARADISE! Faizan was our host and ge was utterly supportive, helpful, always on hand and was so lovely checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. He is a credit to the resort - THANK YOU FAIZAN

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. Room numbers were amazing, food quality was always on the top with different country-tied cuisines that changed every day (Mexican, Indian, Maldivian etc). I would also like to express gratitude to all the staff members, especially to our manager Cat, she was always there to help us with any issues, and to staff members of Sangu restaurant Manu and Ananth. During our stay there was a birthday date in my family, our room number was decorated with beautiful flowers and perfectly cut leaves in the form of letters and different shapes, which made the day many times better. That's not even mentioning the views on the island that were literally stunning and mesmerising. All in all, I was more than pleased with my choice of the hotel, and I am looking forward to visit it again
