So, first of all I’d like to mention one wonderful person - Maria. She’s a diving instructor. She made my stay 5 times better. I’ve tried to dive for the first time with her. Omg, she’s brilliant. If you ever want to try diving while staying here - you have to go diving with her, you will not regret it! She’s also a wonderful person, very kind and funny. Thanks a million, Maria. Best of the best. She deserves a raise!!! I will visit the hotel next time so I could see her and do diving. Keep her with the best conditions - she deserves it, don’t lose your brilliant About the hotel, it is much bigger than I expected, the food is great, service is amazing, they do everything so you could enjoy with the stay. Cleaning 3 times a day, overwater villa is amazing. If you doubt about overwater villa, don’t think and take it. It’s the really great. I couldn’t find any flaws - maybe only with AC, you gotta check the AC before people’s arrival. The rest is everything great. I’d also like to mention Zarina. She was super caring, helpful and kind. She does an amazing job. Thank you too The hotel is very calm, I liked it. You’ll forget about your job and responsibilities while you staying here. 10/10 Come to see Maria!

From the moment I arrived until the day I departed, every detail of my trip was flawless, making this one of the most unforgettable travel experiences I have ever had. What made our vacation even more perfect was our dedicated Chinese butler, Diego, whose professional, thoughtful, and meticulous service turned a wonderful holiday into an extraordinary one. First and foremost, the natural beauty and resort environment of NH Havodda are simply breathtaking. Unlike crowded commercial resorts, this private island maintains a peaceful and exclusive atmosphere with pure white powdery beaches and crystal-clear turquoise lagoons stretching as far as the eye can see. The water quality here is outstanding, boasting top-grade snorkeling resources. Just outside the resort’s pool bar and along the island’s surrounding coral reefs, we could easily spot graceful manta rays, gentle reef sharks, colorful tropical fish, and vibrant coral clusters during snorkeling sessions. The entire island is well-kept, with staff promptly cleaning up floating debris and seaweed, ensuring the beaches and waters remain immaculate at all times. The resort’s accommodation and facilities are well-designed and highly comfortable. We stayed in a spacious overwater villa with modern minimalist decor, private outdoor space, and full supporting amenities. The villa is cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh towels and toiletries replenished regularly, and the air conditioning system works perfectly to keep the room cool and cozy even in hot tropical weather. The resort offers a complete range of facilities, including a professional PADI diving center, a luxurious spa with dedicated treatment villas, a well-equipped gym, a kids’ club for family travelers, and multiple restaurants and bars. Whether we wanted to enjoy thrilling water sports, relax with a soothing spa treatment, taste delicious food, or simply lounge on the beach hammocks and seaside swings to enjoy the sunset, the resort could fully meet our needs. Fluent in Chinese and English, he communicated with us patiently and efficiently, understanding every small need of ours accurately without any communication obstacles. Diego’s service is truly proactive and attentive, far beyond ordinary butler service. Before our arrival, he took the initiative to introduce the resort’s layout, facility distribution, activity schedules, and precautionary tips, helping us make a detailed vacation plan in advance. On the day of our check-in, he personally greeted us at the dock, escorted us to the villa, and patiently explained all the villa’s equipment functions, water sports reservation methods, dining time arrangements, and resort activity rules. During our stay, he was always responsive to our requests, no matter the time. Whenever we had questions about resort services, needed to book snorkeling and diving excursions, adjust dining reservations, or arrange buggy transportation around the island, Diego handled everything quickly and perfectly. What touched us most was his meticulous attention to details. He remembered our preferences for room arrangement and dining tastes, and took the initiative to arrange quiet seaside seats for us during dinner. When we participated in island snorkeling activities, he kindly reminded us of safety precautions and prepared professional snorkeling equipment for us in advance. During our sunset viewing time, he even thoughtfully prepared cold drinks for us, allowing us to fully enjoy the romantic tropical moment. He also patiently answered all our questions about local customs, travel routes, and resort preferential policies, making our stay extremely worry-free and comfortable. Diego’s professionalism, enthusiasm, and sincere attitude reflect the top service standard of NH Collection Maldives Havodda Resort.
