Amazing views and facilities. Restaurants were all brilliant. Didn’t have any food we didn’t like and there was so much choice. Staff was so friendly and hospitable, it felt like they couldn’t do more for us. Special shout out to Arif and Sheila who were incredible, very helpful and such a pleasure to chat to. Hope we get to come back here again soon.

Today, I and my friend visited Crossroads with a plan in mind just to catch the beautiful sunset of Maldives, and do not know what to do after that. Luckily, we stumbled with a staff, his name is Mr. Thiru. He was arranging for the Iftar. We did not know it was there. He was very kind. He entertained us in a very friendly and accommodating way. We even did not make a prior appointment for the Iftar but he still asked his Manager just to include us for the occasion. He just made our experience in crossroads very memorable. He is the best. Because of this, I will share the good words to all my friends to visit Saii Beach Club.

A week’s holiday at the SAii Resort Maldives. Outstanding arrival process from the airport to hotel and through check-in. Facilities are great with a choice of water sports and excursions. Numerous restaurants all of a good standard - highlights for us include the Pool Bar Restaurant (Naeem and Ramesh were very kind and helpful), Kebab and Curry and Jiaou Wu. We also ate at Miss Olive Oyl, Ministry of Crab and the Hard Rock Cafe. Miss OO was good fresh food with a lovely ambiance, Ministry of Crab was similar and novel, and the Hard Rock had much of the standard menu (Ninja was another excellent team member). Cocktails were great at all of the establishments. While the staff were responsive to requests and booking it could be said they were quicker when a payment was due than when just asking a question about what your package included. This meant sometimes you had to ask for more. As an example, we asked on arrival, mid-way through and two days before but we only got a response from the reception on check out procedures the night before. And when we asked about a late checkout (having asked on both the previous occasions), there was no response and it was left to the front desk. We understand about occupancy but we also had a five hour wait before our airport transfer and there was no clear advice on what options were available. Elena on the front desk (in particular) and Nihal were helpful but we were a little disappointed at how the trip ended and a sense that ‘you have paid your money and we are not that much interested in you now’. First impressions count, last impressions count more. Everything at the venue is booked through an app including restaurants, spa treatments and excursions. While helpful it meant you could not leave your phone as you needed it to communicate. The app could also show your room bill. Be sure of your meal plan - half board, full board, all inclusive or premium exclusive. In the end, we upgraded to AI to get drinks and taxes (17% GST) included.

Amazing hotel all round. Good Food, great location. Staff made our stay unforgettable. Kanna ,Thiru and Akhil went the extra mile to make our stay special. Special mention to the Housekeeping team. Reception was always here to help.keep up the good work. Rooms: 5/5 | Service:

Our stay at SAii Lagoon Maldives was absolutely incredible. The island is stunning, the villas are beautiful, and the whole resort has such a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere. A special thank you to Jebu, our housekeeper, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and kept our room spotless every day. His attention to detail truly made a difference and made our experience even more special. 🧡 All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations. We had the most amazing time and would love to return. Highly recommend!
