SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel was incredibly clean — sometimes our room was even cleaned twice a day, which we really appreciated. What truly makes this resort special is the huge variety of activities available right on the island. Unlike many other Maldives islands, we were never bored for a single moment. Mornings started with the beautiful ocean and an incredible breakfast. During the day, we enjoyed snorkeling, which was included in the price, with the wonderful and kind Kaaty, who made the experience unforgettable! There were also so many fun complimentary activities like cocktail making, painting coconuts, and henna art for hands — all free of charge. In the evenings, there was a fantastic selection of restaurants to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back!

We recently visited SAii Lagoon for a family vacation. Having traveled to the Maldives before, we found the atmosphere here to be less secluded than the traditional, highly private island feel we experienced at other places, but still very enjoyable. The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff. The team at the pool bar provided consistently excellent hospitality and always made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Ramesh, Rahul, Prasanna, and Nabin for taking such great care of our family throughout the trip. We also had a lovely time out on the water. The recreation team guided us on a great snorkeling excursion, and spotting the resident turtle, Emma, was a memorable experience for us all - special thanks to our snorkeling guide G.! Overall, it is a nice resort for a family trip, made even better by a truly dedicated and friendly team.

We recently spent 3 nights at SAii Lagoon Maldives, and it was honestly such a great experience from start to finish. The whole trip felt easy and enjoyable, and we really liked the variety of complimentary activities. They added a lot to our stay. But what really made it memorable was the people. The team there is just wonderful, and a few folks made our experience extra special: Chef Farid was fantastic. He really took the time to understand our dietary preferences, walked us through the menu, and suggested dishes we ended up loving. He even made a few custom dishes just for us, which was such a nice touch. Nabin was a lot of fun to be around. We learned how to make a Mai Tai and a Tropical Oasis with him, and ended up having such a great conversation. He even explained the history behind the drinks and how those beautiful layers in cocktails are created. It was super interesting. Kati, our snorkeling instructor, was incredibly patient with us. Thanks to him, we gained the confidence to try snorkeling on our own at a nearby reef. Spotting three big turtles was definitely a highlight! We also met Mr. Prem, the Chief Engineer, at the manager’s cocktail event. It was really interesting chatting with him and learning about everything that goes on behind the scenes to keep the island running so smoothly. Overall, we had a really memorable stay. Huge thanks to the entire SAii Lagoon team. We would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place with genuinely warm people.

2nd time to Saii Lagoon Maldives and I dont often go back to the same hotel but this is an exception. This time stayed in a water villa. Beautiful villa large room and veranda with great views. Room was immaculate and Indra couldnt do enough to help. Special thanks to him. Food and restaurants were lovely in all restaurants. Breakfast delicious in Terra &Mar. Ana was so friendy and helpful every morning again special thanks to her. Tried snorkelling for the first time with a lesson in the pool first with Gian. He was so patient despite the fact I was terrified as I'm not very comforable in the water. He went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much Gian (sorry if this is not the correct spelling ) Although I mentioned 3 staff in particular every one of them deserve a mention as the were all wonderful. So pleasant, polite and helpful. Will certainly go back to this resort. Thank you all so much.

We had a fantastic stay with SAii Lagoon. Everything from the pick-up right to drop off including the arrival experience, the food, the room, the comfort, the hospitality, everything was top notch and seamlessly curated. The team was kind enough to accommodate our special request to switch one major meal of ours just for one day so that we can enjoy our experience as per our curated itinerary as well. Azaan and Elena were amazing throughout the arrival experience and giving us in depth details about the Island and the resort. Ranga and his team made our first lunch at Pool Bar very comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to the Chef for the delicious smokey Chicken Tandoori Pizza. Our room attendant, Sanket was very attentive and serviced the room immaculately and kept the room spotless. His turndown was so comfortable that we did not have to lift a finger as we entered the room and we could just slide easily under the covers. Azzam and Bachchu at Terra & Mar were so great during the dinner and made our Arabic set-menu experience unforgettable. Highly attentive and anticipatory service done by both of them and they were very detailed with their suggestions and explanations. Again a Special mention to the dessert chef for creating the Pistachio Baklava dessert which was a wonderful and unimaginable blend of elements that I couldn't have imagined would work out this great. Shella, Sangita, and the entire breakfast team made our breakfast experience seamless and so smooth that the entire hour used to go by like a conveyor belt operation. The engagement, seat allocation, buffet experience, clearance, service time, and food quality are all very effective and flawlessly coordinated. Hats off to such intricate teamwork. Kumaresh and Jiban at Mr. Tom Yam were super nice and gave us a great dinner experience with their suggestions and dedicated service. Finally, Nihaal handled our checkout very smoothly and ensured the bills were settled with ease with zero hassle. The property is super well-maintained, beautifully kept, and every single spot is worth the step you put. Be it the beach, the pool, the bar, the restaurants, or even an insignificant corner of the property, the work put into the property shows everywhere. The location of the property gives it an invincible advantage of making sure that the guest is not bored at any point of their stay. There is no disturbance/obstruction/hinderance of any kind that I faced. I highly recommend this property to the viewer of this review and I myself would plan a return as soon as possible. Every single penny I have spent in this property was worth it. Lastly, a few names outside of the resort I would like to mention like Pem (from Jiao Wu), Deep, Alex, Amir, Lola, Sundari, Syam, Gopi and the whole crew of Hard Rock for their exceptional service and great hospitality throughout our stay.
