Ok so let me just start by mentioning a few names without whom this honeymoon vacation would have seemed pale compared to my previous trip to sun siyam. The one and only mastermind behind it all, Mr. Mohamed from Sunset Restaurant, who is an absolute legend for planning our second trip to sun siyam, deserves all my praise. Being asians, we hardly visit the same place twice, but this guy helped me each and every moment i reached out to him. From planning my trip to making sure i didn’t cross my budget. I absolutely loved his hospitality and miss him dearly. He went above and beyond for us to feel comfortable and made us feel like family. He arranged surprises for my wife, got us good deals wherever he could. A true friend in my eyes. Mr. Hamdan & Zameen Restaurant Manager were also super friendly people. They definitely played their part in making us feel like we belonged there. Thank you for taking care of us and planning our surprises. Mr Noor - F&B Manager Words aren’t enough to describe my man here. He definitely deserves praise for handling hundreds of customers everyday and making each of them feel delighted to be part of sun siyam. He arranged small surprises for my wife during our time at the restaurant which made her so happy. Thank you once again sir. God bless you ! Mr. Marz (host) Marz, my dude, he’s so funny. During our time in private island he has done so much to keep up with our outrageous requests. I really appreciate all your hard work and dedication. Thank you so much. Water Sports from Aathi We got to so many things from watching dolphins during a sunset to floating breakfast and jet ski ride with a drone video. The video was so good and the experience was magical. Thank you for everything. Thanks to all of you who made my honeymoon the best honeymoon ever. I hope to come back again in a few years. Our 2nd trip was actually better than our 1st and it’s all because of these people.

What an amazing place - this was our 4th visit and number 5 is already booked!!! We created so many great memories and it was brilliant to catch up with so many of the wonderful staff there - particularly Mohammed in the Sunset Restaurant who went above and beyond on many occasions. The service, the food, the snorkelling, the accommodation, the entertainment… there are so many amazing parts to this island - can’t wait to go back!

I rarely post reviews but Sun Siyam Olhuveli really exceeded my expectations especially when it comes to hospitality. The resort itself is beautiful and packed with sea animals around the area, but what made the stay even better were the people so I wanted to mention some staff members who truly made our trip more memorable and I hope this post reaches them! Even before we arrived, their team on WhatsApp was already amazing. They were always quick to reply to my questions and very helpful with arranging our speedboat transfers, which made everything easy and stress-free. Morj gave us such a warm welcome at Sunset Bar which immediately made us feel comfortable. I also remember Suzan at Lagoon Bar, always smiling, friendly, and welcoming whenever she served us drinks, even during her late-night shifts. We also tried water sports, and the whole team made it such a fun experience. The waves were big that day, but we still felt safe because the staff were really looking after us. Thank you to Athi, Zeinep, and Dhahu for taking care of us. One of my favorite meals during the trip was at Magrib where we had an amazing seafood dinner served by Hassan. Everything was delicious. When it started to drizzle, the staff acted right away and smoothly transferred everyone to a covered area. Even their violinist, Edison, continued playing beautifully which made the night feel extra special. On our last night, we watched the live band at Lagoon Bar and honestly, they were so impressive. They accepted song requests in Korean, Hindi, Russian, and English and performed them all so well. Chen, Aileen, and the whole High Tides team were fantastic and kept everyone entertained the whole night. It’s easy to see why Sun Siyam Olhuveli is known for great entertainment and service. Although we stayed on the Main Island, I highly recommend checking Dream Island, the water is so blue and clear! We saw baby sharks, sting rays and turtles! I loved it there.

We loved everyhthing about our stay! Many things to do, staff so gentle and kind (especally Misbah, Samantha and Dula) Food experience is 9/10. Many options to choose from the big buffet. We will definitley come back!
