We had a wonderful experience with the resort housekeeping team, truly reflecting 5-star service. Every day felt special thanks to the beautiful animal towel creations left in our room , such a creative and thoughtful touch. Our housekeeper, Murealam, kept the room spotless throughout our stay and always took the time to stop for a friendly chat. He greeted us each day with a warm smile and genuine interest, which made the experience feel very personal. He also made a birthday celebration incredibly special with lovely bed decorations, a cake, and a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in the room. There were also thoughtful touches during the stay, including lemongrass tea, local chocolates, and even a meditation demonstration. We always looked forward to seeing what our nightly gift or surprise would be. The room was serviced twice a day and always maintained to a very high standard. We would also like to recognise the pool attendant, minibar attendant, and the team who kept the outside area clean , all of them greeted us warmly each morning with smiles and friendly good mornings. Overall, the attention to detail and genuine kindness from the team made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for such exceptional hospitality.

We recently stayed at Olhuveli Maldives and overall had a very pleasant experience. The natural beauty of the island is truly breathtaking. The turquoise water, white sandy beaches, and lush vegetation create a stunning and relaxing environment. The house reef is vibrant, a lot of turtles, stingray and black fin sharks. One of the highlights of our stay was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our vacation. We were also very satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the rooms were consistently spotless and well maintained. However, we were not fully satisfied with our experience with the diving centre. We booked the whale shark excursion, but in our opinion it is not suitable for very young children (5–6 years old). While we understand that wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, the activity felt too demanding for small kids and quite expensive. It would have been helpful if alternative, more child-friendly options had been suggested to us. Additionally, the management and booking system for the à la carte restaurants seemed somewhat rigid. A bit more flexibility would improve the overall dining experience. In some cases our kind and gentle island host Aida managed to get us more relaxed about it. The island itself is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the rooms are impeccably clean. With some improvements in excursion guidance and restaurant booking flexibility, the experience could be truly outstanding.
