TUI BLUE Olhuveli Romance

This was our 8th visit to Olhuveli in 2026 and was our best visit date. Olhuveli has always been a beautiful island (now 3 interconnected islands actually) and I cannot emphasise how hard the staff work here to make everything picture perfect and pristine. It is everything you would imagine the Maldives to be, white sand and palm tress that lean into the turquoise lagoon and sunsets that span the whole of the horizon. We stayed on the sunset side of the main island in The Pavilion accommodation with an interconnecting door for our teenage boys. Directly in front of the villas is a 210m pool… the longest pool in the Maldives. These villas were refurbished and completed May 2025. We’d loved seeing new additions like the beach club space at the Dhoni bar and the manta light (light is switched on when the mantas are at the end of the jetty). The plant/vegan and Maldivian stations are also new to the buffet restaurants. There are plenty of venues to dine from. We had the most beautiful dinner at Mahib Grill. Hassan, Dheeraj, Anas and Sumaid did a superb job of looking after us. There is the most amazing marine life easily accessible from the end of the jetty by the dive centre. It’s like swimming in a tropical fish tank. Not to mention the giant mantas at night. A truly out of this world experience. We had the most exceptional last night dinner on the beach. A private dining experience as a ‘thank you’ forbeing repeater guests over several years. What really makes Olhuveli, is its people. The staff are just so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much bother for them. I would like to thank every member of the team but particularly Hassan Adil, Doss, Rika of Dhoni, Mohammed, Sam of Sunset, Alsaba, Jilla and Rohitha. And a huge thank you to Noor… I’m sorry we didn’t get to see you but the last dinner was beyond anything we could have imagined! Thank you for our amazing family holiday - it’s so good, we have already started planning our April 2027 break back to Olhuveli 🫶

We had a 5 night family holiday here whilst competing in the Oceanman race on Maafushi. We had an incredible experience as a family, lovely variety of activities and food options. We did the half board option which was good value. The water quality and visibility was excellent, huge variety of marine life that we saw…turtles, rays, sharks and dolphins. A specific sincere family thank you to Mohamed Hussain and Satish who made our stay extra special and personalised. We will be back! The Foster Family

​Fantastic stay at Olhuveli from March 31st to April 7th. The lagoon is breathtaking and the sea is simply amazing, with incredible colors. While excursions are a bit pricey, they are totally worth it: snorkeling with the whale shark was a highli ​Special mention for the Kids Club: a huge thanks to the staff for taking such sweet care of my 5-year-old son. A true family paradise!

This was a return visit for us based on how good our previous holiday there was. It certainly didn't disappoint with the service being first-class. All members of staff we met couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Food and drink was excellent and we found plenty to do around the resort with snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboarding being particular favourites. Lots of wildlife to spot which was great to see. The watersports staff were helpful and made the excursions/activities that we chose even more enjoyable. Too many excellent staff to mention them all, but particular praise to our island host, Kosta, who dealt with every request promptly and efficiently.
