We had an absolutely wonderful and memorable stay at FARU. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were impressed by the level of service, hospitality, and genuine attention to detail. What truly made our experience special was how much the team cared about the personal details of our stay. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make the occasion feel truly special. We had arranged a romantic anniversary dinner, and when the weather conditions made the original location unsuitable, the team was incredibly flexible and quickly adapted the arrangements to make sure we could still enjoy a beautiful and memorable evening. This kind of flexibility and attention to our wishes really meant a lot to us. There is no comments about the care of cleanness and hygiene and sustainability.. A special mention must also go to the SPA team. The treatments were excellent, and the therapists were highly professional, skilled, and attentive. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience. We would also like to give a very special thank you to Mazey, our host, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Her kindness, attention, and willingness to help made a real difference and made us feel genuinely cared for. Our sincere thanks also go to Chef Barakat and Chef Fahmy for their excellent work and delicious food, and to Sai, our butler, for his outstanding service and attention throughout our stay. We stayed at VARU for four nights. Upon arrival, we were greeted with drumming, making us feel right at home. They even arranged a Chinese-speaking butler for us, which made us appreciate the hotel's thoughtfulness even more. The itinerary they arranged for us was very fun, and there were many complimentary facilities. The food was also delicious, and every staff member was very friendly. The island's environment was well-maintained, and the rooms were impeccably clean. We hope to come back again!
