Amateur set up for the Maldives, more like a branch of Butlers than a luxury retreat. Accommodation was tired and desperately in need of updating but pool area was a bit positive, spacious with beautiful views into the ocean and lots of beds and seating areas. Everything else was quite poor, staff didn’t understand the packages or billing, reservations were usually made for the wrong day or time, pick ups at the wrong time, pretty much everything was frustrating. Not up to scratch for the Maldives. Could not recommend.

This was our second time to nautica villa ..Very happy with the overall stay .. a big kudos to Mrs Geethika Fernando who ensured my son was been pampered with best of foods , she personally got involved and took care of us like a family member … secondly Mr Jalal from housekeeping who kept our room up to date … be it day or night .. he ensured as soon as we leave our room - when we returned back our room was kept up to date .. would also like to thank the rockstar of the island .. i.e Mr Samy .. he’s a multitalented dude and my son have turned his fan in just 3 days … Mr Samy is a livewire and you should watch his fire show and magic tricks !!! haven’t seen such a multi talented individual !! last but not the least would like to update the efforts of Mr Rushikesh .. who for entire 6 days of our stay was in constant touch with us and be in lunch / dinner or breakfast he was the one who ensured we get what we wished … even during his off day he was available for us … shows his dedication .. also provided some some complementary services … would like to add two more names that is Chef Aman and Mrs Manikala.. who too ensured our dining was taken care of .. Only two things which we didn’t like in our stay .. one was the day I reached we met with one assistant chef at coffee shop - he was a bit rude - don’t know why and second was during our stay we noticed many flags been hanged of different countries however there was no Indian flag despite so many tourist preferred to stay in that resort .. however Mr Samy did a good gesture wherein he brought Indian flag and got my son clicked some picture with flag in the background ! Would loved to give it a 5 star however due to last two issues would give 4 stars

Beautiful beaches, crystal-clear water, fantastic swimming pull and overall atmosphere were truly unforgettable. You and entire staff of resort were amazing & very attentive. We created wonderful memories here.
