We will join the list of extremely dissatisfied customers. In my opinion, this supposedly 5* hotel has nothing to do with the above rating. It does not offer "quality" of services for the money paid. What I must praise is that the promotional photos are extremely good, but they are very far from reality. Below I describe the things we experienced with our photo documentation and which are not even worthy of a cheap hostel for a few nights. - villas on the sea.. - .. very nice in the photo, in reality unfortunately you step out of some villas directly onto dry land onto corals without water. The wooden pier is so broken that the passage of small cars on it is extremely noisy and echoes throughout the entire resort. The unpleasant noise could be heard all day long even in the villas on the beach.. - Furthermore, the villas on the sea were very neglected, the walls were covered with mold!, the leaking roofs were only patched up.. - unbelievable, terrible. - villas on the beach, by the sea.. - .. very nice in the photo, in reality, unfortunately, the guests from the villas on the sea move in right in front of your beach all day long.., since they have nowhere to swim and if you want to go to the sea, you have to cross them, not to mention the view.. - Furthermore, the houses on the beach were also very neglected, the floor and tiles in the bathroom were cracked, the joints were missing the filler between them. It was dangerous, we had to mark our spots with napkins so we wouldn't get hurt... - Snorkeling was included in the price of accommodation.. - .. yes, but if you came to the rental 5-10 minutes after it opened, the guy with a smile and feet on the table informed us that unfortunately he didn't have any anymore, that they were all rented..., we should try it again the next day... !!!, the above was repeated until we stopped enjoying snorkeling. Not to mention the quality of the mattresses that were transported between the villas... and other trivial things (cockroaches, etc.), which I won't waste time on in this review. Hopefully, the competent will wake up. The food was good, but very monotonous. We solved the above and other things and shortcomings immediately on the spot, the hotel management did not help us in any way...! In short, just as they take care of the resort, they also take care of the clients. I strongly recommend that you consider and think carefully about whether you will spend your money in this facility (we certainly won't call it a hotel of this category). This hotel is extremely unkempt, neglected and visibly without service, maintenance, care and especially care for client satisfaction for a long time. Its rating has nothing to do with reality. Great island, beautiful stay, good food and kind staff. Special thank you to Grace for making my stay unforgettable. As a solo traveller, I valued a place where I could feel safe, comfortable and relaxed. Grace made sure all of these boxes were ticked and I'm so grateful for her surprise in upgrading me to a Water villa. It will always be my favorite memory. Thank you Villa Nautica and thank you Grace !
Our stay at Villa Nautica was absolutely amazing! A special thank you to our Island Host, Glory, who was always kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout our vacation. Sayuru, our Head Butler, also provided excellent and attentive service, while Brenda, the Filipino bartender, was always welcoming and friendly. Their wonderful hospitality made our holiday even more enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended!
What a beautiful place. A one stop wonder, but the highlight of the trip apart from the beautiful scenery and the blue waters was the hospitality of the staff - right from our host (Mariam), to the servers, to the buggy drivers, everyone made this holiday special and memorable! We have a 15 month old, she had the best time of her life, this is such a child friendly resort , they didn’t miss a beat! Everything is so well thought of for couples, families and kids! Don’t think twice! Just book your holiday at Nautica. It’ll be worth it and more :)
