Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort

We stayed for a week in the villas. Wow. Beautiful villa with pool and garden. Well appointed and each villa gets its own golf buggy. We played golf at Le Chateau and La Reserve. Both fabulous courses. The gourmet bliss all inclusive package allows access to all the resort restaurants. Fantastic options. We loved the Asian restaurant, Ginja and also the gourmet Le Chateau. Annabellas is also nice with post dinner drinks at Cavendish. Both golf courses have excellent food and service for breakfast and lunch. Only one bad experience. O’Grill. Poor service and average food. We complained and the service thereafter was superb. Special mention for Hensley and Spicey. Nice genuine people delivering excellent service.

This is undoubtedly one of the finest hotels in Mauritius. The property is expansive, beautifully maintained, and offers a wonderful selection of restaurants within the resort. Every aspect of the hotel—from the facilities and service to the ambiance and hospitality—is exceptional. Everything about this property is simply superb, making it a truly memorable place to stay.

Gorgeous and beautiful location. The hotel is keen to keep to its promise of looking after its surroundings. Even the water bottles are made of sugar cane and are biodegradable. This is a really unspoilt place. The golf courses are amazing too. The nature aspect is incredible. The chateau de Bel Ombre is a must-especially at sunset. Heritage Le Telfair is relaxed but has a classy atmosphere. Rooms are lovely with everything you need, plenty of towels and amenities. We were on the Gourmet Bliss package which was great especially for the tween and older teenager. Melvin was brilliant at helping us with our dinner reservations, spa reservations and general enquiries. He was always on hand to assist. He made sure we were happy every day. He was polite, friendly and could not do enough for us. Ms Olivia Zacharias for taking the time to meet us and welcoming us to this wonderful hotel. We would also like to note that all the other staff who went above and beyond to help us: Widley for greeting us at the airport and giving us a brilliant and informed drive to the hotel Ornella for ensuring that the cocktails were perfectly made Annie Vinit Jael Christian at the pool bar Yash and his team at O'Grill - brilliant service Hansley who was everywhere ensuring that we were happy Daksh (Ginga) incredible service Jacques at Cavendish- great service Spicey (so friendly at Cavendish and great service) Adijat (serves us at Cavendish with a wonderful smile) Sheetal at Le Chateau de Bel Ombre (this lady is amazing -she takes customer service to another level) Tushita, Swastee and the housekeeping team who made our rooms look amazing every day- thank you. They literally come in like fairies and make up your room so quickly but perfectly. Sorry if I have missed anyone but everyone is so helpful and friendly it is impossible to remember everyone’s names. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful- we will definitely be back!

Our family had an amazing week in this place. we loved the location, the atmosphere, the nature but over all, we loved the people there. It was our first time in Mauritius and he hope to come back soon. When we will come back, we will book the same resort because here, we have the certainty we will be treated in the best way possible. We are grateful to Madvi for her constant professional but also human support with any wish we had and for helping us discovering the island in so many ways. We also thank Spicy for being always present asking all the time if we need anything and giving us so many insides on the Mauritius tourism industry. And a big thank you to all the other people we were constantly concerned about our wellbeing.
