LUX* Le Morne

We stayed at Lux Le Morne in March 2026 and it was more than amazing! The service from the staff members was truly amazing, they took care of us from the restaurants to the housekeeping staff. I would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone booking a trip to Mauritius. Location: Location of the hotel is great for a scenic view of Le Morne mountain, you can view it from the pool and beach which creates a really nice atmosphere. I will say that the hotel is located in quite a remote location of the island though, so its best to do the all inclusive package, as travelling to other busier locations on the island can take a while. Services: The hotel has lots to offer! They have snorkelling, kayaking, sailboats, pedalo boats and boat trips all included complimentary with the stay (all inclusive) which was great! They also have the option to hire a private boat for an additional fee, but its 100% worth it as our boat driver let us choose what activities we wanted to do and places we wanted to see for 2 hours! For any couples, they also have a range of private dinners available to book at an extra cost, which are amazing for anyone on a romantic getaway / honeymoon. Decorated beautifully with candles with amazing food! Hotel: The hotel was amazing and really well kept! The rooms are stocked with all kinds of snacks and drinks that are restocked daily. Housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping the rooms clean too. The hotel grounds are really well maintained and looked beautiful, from the pristine beach to the allotment garden where they grow all kinds of vegetables and herbs! Live entertainment at night was lovely, from live bands to traditional dances and movie nights! Food: We loved the food! We're usually not a fan of buffets at other hotels, but Lux Le Morne's food was beyond amazing, there was a large variety of foods and each day had a different theme to make sure it didn't get boring! Food was flavourful! Live stations at the buffet always had something different, from eggs in the morning to king prawns and fresh fish in the evening! Overall the hotel atmosphere was great, there was always something to do everyday, the food and hotel grounds we're a delight! And most of all the staff really made the experience exceptional, from them taking the time to get to know you, and the small things like remembering your favourite drink order! Would recommend this hotel 100%

Overall 10/10 experience, thank you to the F&B manager as well, we were well taken care of! And to all the restaurant staff and the ladies at the Spa, we will be back again soon!
