Ocean´s Creek Beach Hotel

My family and I checked in around 5 PM to celebrate my parents’ wedding anniversary, expecting a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The food had little variety, and the drinks seemed diluted, which did not feel like value for money. Our room also had issues—the towels smelled unpleasant and the air conditioning was not working properly. We even had to call maintenance at 3 AM, which disrupted our night. The anniversary celebration was poorly handled, with only a cake placed there and no effort from staff to acknowledge the occasion. However, Hillary, Akash, and Kertish were polite and helpful during our stay. Despite their efforts, the overall experience was poor, and Manager Gregory’s rude behavior made the situation worse.

We had an amazing experience and would like to thank the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. A special mention goes to the animateur lifeguard and Laurina, the lifeguard, who were always attentive, professional, and friendly. Their positive energy and dedication truly made a difference during our time here. We would also like to highlight Sahil Barman, whose professionalism and kindness stood out throughout our stay. The team clearly loves what they do, and it shows in the way they interact with guests every day. A big thank you to Kertish for his magic trick — it was absolutely unbelievable! His performance was impressive, and you can really see the passion he has for his job. He always had a smile on his face, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The food was fantastic, with a great variety and excellent quality, and the drinks were top-class. Our room was also very clean and comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to an incredible team. We highly recommend this place and would gladly come back again!

The hotel is absolutely awesome! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared every day. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and we truly enjoyed every meal. The water slide was also amazing — so much fun for both kids and adults! It really made our stay even more exciting and memorable. A very special thanks to Kertish from the animation team. We really enjoyed his activities and positive energy throughout our stay. His billiard games were so much fun, archery was exciting and well organized, and the water polo matches were full of energy and laughter. On top of that, his magic tricks were impressive and entertaining — he truly knows how to make people smile and enjoy the moment. Thank you, Kertish, for making our vacation even more special. We hope to see you again on our next visit!

Service was excellent and staff members as well. Front desk receptionist is amazing, especially Mrs. Huschaï.

Very good experience overall. Value for money. Kids club was interesting for the children and had a lot of activities!
