Ocean´s Creek Beach Hotel

Upon check-in we received only welcoming drinks whereas other guest received towel and drinks.No bath towels available in room received same after three complains four hours later. TV remote not working same rectified after four hours. Limited choice for aip drinks. Staff not guest service oriented. Positive point the food dinner was very good

We have been here many times with the family and have always had a wonderful time. Staff is welcoming and service is excellent. All the amenities are close and therefore very convenient for families with kids. Although the restaurant does not offer a wide variety of dishes, the food is delicious. Kids club is spacious and well organised. Saff are friendly and caring with kids. They offer a full range of activities during the day. Fantastic experience overall. Will definitely come again!

I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Creek and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Waikasio was good….Abhi and Noemi was very professional ….the pool bar and the restaurant was nice…will come back again
