St. Regis Le Morne Resort Mauritius

Our stay at The St. Regis Mauritius was absolute heaven. The hotel is the definition of peace with beautiful rooms and stunning surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel cared for and always so friendly. A special thank you to our butler, Shahid, whose kindness and attention to detail made such a difference. He organised everything perfectly and made us feel so well looked after throughout our stay. The Indian restaurant was also outstanding and a real highlight of our trip. We loved every moment and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay.

Our stay at The St. Regis Mauritius was nothing short of exceptional and truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Travelling with a three-year-old can sometimes be challenging, particularly when dietary requirements and sleep arrangements need to be carefully considered. From the moment we arrived, Front Desk Manager Adjay handled everything seamlessly. His attention to detail and genuine care ensured that all of our daughter's needs were met effortlessly. Without his support, our stay simply would not have been as relaxed or enjoyable for either us or our daughter. A special thank you must also go to our wonderful butler, Nousreen. Upon arrival, she arranged a surprise birthday cake and balloons for our daughter. The smile on her face is a memory we will cherish forever and set the tone for what became a truly unforgettable holiday. Each morning, breakfast was a delight thanks to Manisha and Ishika. They greeted us warmly by name every day and consistently made us feel welcomed and valued. It is these personal touches that elevate a great hotel into an exceptional one. Dining at Indya was one of the highlights of our stay. Chef Malik was fantastic, taking the time to greet guests personally and ensuring everyone's requirements were met. We were especially grateful that he prepared a meal tailored specifically to our daughter's dietary needs. This level of care and attentiveness made a lasting impression on us. The buggy drivers also deserve recognition. They were wonderful with our daughter, often chatting to her about her day and taking her on little rides around the resort. These interactions may seem small, but they made a huge difference and even helped ease the occasional morning tantrum! In truth, we cannot think of a single staff member we encountered who did not go above and beyond. The service throughout the resort was consistently warm, genuine and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the St. Regis traditions and rituals (a huge thank you to Ryan and Kolly for reaching out and organising this so seamlessly!), particularly the Champagne Sabering Ceremony and the Bloody Mary Trolley experience, both of which added a unique and memorable touch to our stay and are experiences we would highly recommend. The property itself is absolutely stunning. The beautiful grounds, elegant surroundings, pristine beach and breathtaking turquoise waters create a truly idyllic setting. It is hard to imagine a more picturesque location. If I were to offer one small area for improvement, it would be that some of the rooms are beginning to feel slightly dated and could benefit from a refresh. However, this is a very minor observation and should not detract from what is otherwise an outstanding property with exceptionally high standards of service. Thank you to the entire St. Regis Mauritius team for creating such a memorable family holiday. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future!

Breathtaking - one of the best hotels in the world. Unreal scenery at the arguably best location in all of Mauritius. Staying and admiring Le Morne rock every day is a completely different game to literally any other location on the island. The resort itself is like a perfect movie setting. The team takes care about every detail. Be aware: The pictures online don't do it justice (which is likely the only development opportunity for this resort). Jean-Baptiste's teams of all departments sincerely care. Aroumal from the pool team became nearly a friend with her authentic kindness. Starting every morning with such a true welcome from Lucinda & Charlotte at the breakfast brought a smile to the full family. Sommelier Hansley takes great care of you and your experience throughout, while Deevek & Rao took every effort to cater to any needs. This is only naming few examples of a great team. Dining: Splendid. While it is true it's arguably high price if booked individually, any half board package or above make it incredible (high-)value for money. World class!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, this was one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. The views of the ocean and Le Morne mountain are absolutely breathtaking. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was excellent, especially the Indian restaurant, which was truly outstanding. What made the stay even more special was the exceptional service. Special thanks to Barkamol and Anarkhan for their kindness and genuine hospitality. They made us feel truly welcome and took care of every detail. People like them make a hotel special. Highly recommended! 🌅
