Sunrise Attitude

A very pleasant hotel indeed! Nice setting, great rooms and definitely value for money. One word about the staff: in some hotels in Mauritius local guests feel that they do not get the same amount of attention as foreigners. Not here! The personnel was absolutely lovely, helpful, charming and chatty without crossing lines and gave us the feeling that we were among friends. Of the few names I remember I would like to mention Lutchmee (reception/guest relation), Kunal (bar), Nishta, Sheekha and Subash (Restaurant). As for the food: I found it slightly above average compared to other hotels of the same category. Nothing all too fancy (plenty of local dishes) but good quality and really tasty. The desserts were nothing to get sxcited about. The breakfast was amazingly rich and good and the coffee was the best I have ever tasted in a Mauritian hotel! My only humble remark: a hairdryer and a safe should be expected in the room of a 4 star hotel.

We had an excellent stay for our wedding anniversary at Sunrise. We were amazingly surprised by the wedding anniversary cake. The welcoming girl(i did not take note of her name) was kind, attentive and did her job very well.

Overall a good one with a few unpleasant and unprofessional encounters with the staff here and there. The rooms were nice and the food was not bad. The barmen were very nice and friendly! Detailed feedback has been submitted to Sunrise Attitude. Hopefully, this will prompt proper training and better customer service in the future.

Its was a great pleasure again to have choose the time the group of altitude for our holiday. We have fully enjoy and also very happy our moment in the hotel. The artisan was very friendly and always helpful on any information you required. The food was very amazing. . I would likes to thank the management and all artisan for their hard work.
