Great experience, accommodating staff and very welcoming. Aurore very happy and friendly to my family and I would recommend the stay.

Truly love this hotel, I’m so glad I booked this for our anniversary, my wife did not complain about anything and that itself says a lot. The welcome we received and the service from day one is exceptional, we were greeted and seated, offered a welcoming drink and got a tour of the hotel with Anne-laure, very kind then we were shown our room which is spacious, the design is nice and very comfortable. The breakfast served has many options, English breakfast and Mauritian delicacy. The layout and style of the hotel is very nice. Looks like heaven. It is also local to lively beachfront where you can walk around and find many things to snack on, spa’s and a small mall just walking distance so you won’t feel deserted. It’s the best spot for nightlife in Mauritius if that’s an interest. Now back to the hotel, Aurore is a gem in the place, her generosity and kindness is unmatched in this place. She constantly check in on us and ensure we are getting looked after, she even goes the extra mile. Truly grateful I booked this place.

We chose this beautiful hotel to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and I can honestly say that it made our celebration even more special and memorable. As someone who is half Moroccan and half Mauritian, and with my husband being Yemeni, Mauritius holds a very special place in my heart. From the moment we arrived, I was pleasantly impressed by the exceptional service, warm hospitality, and attention to detail. This is truly a very impressive hotel, and our stay has been nothing short of fantastic. What made our experience even more meaningful, however, was the wonderful people we met along the way. I can truly say that I have made a friend for life during our stay, and she has been the absolute star of the hotel. Aurore & Anne-Laure, thank you from the bottom of my heart for always checking in on us, making sure we were comfortable, and constantly going the extra mile to make our stay special. Your kindness, warmth, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. You have made such a beautiful impression on us, and you are a huge part of what made our time in Mauritius so meaningful and unforgettable. The staff were brilliant under difficult circumstances. Fruit at breakfast was poor quality. Food selection relatively poir compared to other similar resorts. Rooms had bugs and cockraches which was a pity as they were decent rooms.

As this period is winter time we chose an area of the island that would provide the best weather then selected this hotel, what a choice we made. The lay out of the accommodation is quite unique in that the rooms are spread out in the complex within the beautiful gardens. Our room was spacious with everything you would require. I did feel the bathroom could do with updating and in the short term repairs to the shower door as the seal didn't prevent the water which ended on the floor making it quite slippery. That is the only negative mind, as the staff are a credit to the hotel, always enquiring into how you are enjoying your holiday, very attentive they can't do enough for you. I would recommend this beautiful hotel for your next stay.
