Martin the waiter is an absolute angel. If you go to any of the 5 restaurants at the hotel ask for Martin, it will make your experience 1000x better.

We travelled as a family with 2 kids. The resort has all you are looking for. It's clean. The food is very good in the buffet and the a la carte restaurants. We needed a doctor and they have one on site that is available 24/7. All in all great holidays. Another highlight is all the wild animals living there.

This was my second time at the hotel as I also visited in June 2023, and oh my, what a difference 3 years make. How do you get better than excellent? Because this is what has happened. Check in was quick and easy and loving the new trendy wristbands that double up as the room key. The rooms are just WOW, I have to admit before flying out I was contemplating upgrading to Platinum which would have cost close to an additional thousand pounds. So happy I didn't because the room absolutely blew me away, so Modern, spacious and the AC was to die for. There is absolutely nothing I can fault about the rooms. Such a wide choice of places to eat, so something different every day. The coffee shop is a wonderful addition and I ended my evening in there every night. The staff are absolutely fantastic and have a smile no matter what. The girls in the coffee shop helping me learn Spanish, the resort shuttle guys taking us up and down the resort, the restaurant staff and reception staff, nothing was ever too much. I am looking forward to returning in a few years time with my extended family, to share just how magical this hotel is 🥰

Kids club here is amazing for little ones! I have a 6 year old daughter and a 4 year old son and they have wanted to go daily... the team are very attentive and super interactive with all their activities. A special shout out to Adrianna and Roxanna who has been fabulous and my children have always been very excited to see them.
