Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

Best beach vacation ever at Hilton Tulum!! Everyone is so nice and providing extraordinary service! Eliana, Kevin and Dany are wonderful 🫶 and made our pool days so much fun! The food is AMAZING!!! Overall very solid experience. Came on Hilton points (5th night free). Really good deal for all inclusive. The restaurants were disappointing. The NY strip at the signature steakhouse was literally the worst I have ever had. The next night was Italian - didn’t know bolognese could be so bland. Candidly did not try any buffet but did not hear good things. Cancelled all other reservations after that. The gem of the experience was Cocomar, which is exclusive to the upgrade to Enclave. Food was always fresh. Staff was super attentive and accommodating. We ordered “off menu” most days and nights and had no problems. The bartenders and waitresses at Cocomar were literally the best. I’m sure I won’t remember the all, but Maria, Christian, Antonio, Rodrigo, Carlos, Luis, Alexis, and last but certainly not least “Marshmallow” were all amazing and made the trip great. I’m sure it didn’t hurt that the resort was practically empty, but I think the service would still be amazing. Pro tip - negotiate heavily for Enclave - don’t take the first, second or third offer! There were not a lot of people here but everyone paid drastically different prices. Pools were nice, cool in the morning and warm in the evening. Rooms were just a standard 2 queen room, nothing special, but clean in good order. If you don’t book ahead, plan on $100 from Tulum airport and $125-150 to Cancun airport (we flew into Tulum and out of Cancun). Tulum airport to the resort was about 50 minutes (but the driver was literally going 160-180 km/h most of the time). Resort to Cancun airport was about 90 minutes.

From the time we arrived until we left it was a wonderful paradise full of delicious food and top notch accommodations. The food was fantastic, my favorites were the aguachile at sea salt along with their guacamole and accompanying salsas especially the charred charcoal chili salsa. The Carpaccio at the steak house was amazing, and everything in between. The staff was fantastic! I loved the classes I took, Lele doll, essential oil, and merenge and bachata dance lessons at the sea salt pool. Beach volleyball, sunrise sound bath, full moon cacao ceremony on the beach and so much more. Shout out to Jesus, Christian, Elli, Giovanny, to start. All the staff were so kind and friendly it felt like home. We had a pool right out our door and swam whenever we wanted. lots of beach and a lovely breeze all the time. lots of tropical animal life and the property was very well maintained. Loved the product line in the rooms for shampoo,conditioner, body wash and lotion. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Muchas Gracias!
