Riu Cancun

I went to the pool and I seen some guys leg almost get bitten by a shark !!!🦈🦈🦈

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed all the shows!!! The Michael Jackson one was phenomenal. Enjoyed all the games that were played and the activities team!!

I will definitely be back with family this hotel was so much fun and amazing, the attention was excellent food was great, I had the best time ever, I love MEXICO

Overall the stay at RIU Cancun was good, food was good, and the drinks were great, the pools were amazing. 2 days into our 7 day stay 2 out of the 4 elevators broke, so had to take the stairs multiple times during my stay, even on the last day when trying to get to airport had to carry two suitcases down 9 floors of stairs due to one elevator being down still and waited 20 minutes for any elevators to stop at my floor that weren't maxed on weight already. The gym also was very small with very used and dated machines, would expect a much nicer and bigger gym with all the space that wasn't being used. All the staff were super nice and helpful, would recommend to friends if they were looking for a good budget resort.

The RIU is definitely a place we will return to. The rooms were clean and had a great view. The food was good and the atmosphere was electric.
