Sandos Caracol Nature Resort & Water Park

They were very accommodating and has a great service at the Mexican Restaurant especially the service from Grecia, Arturo, Cristina and Alexis!!! Thank you for elevating our experience at this resort!! They expedited our requests and made the experience more memorable. KUDOS to these four people!!!!!!!

Had a great time at the resort. Our server, Genry, at las mascaras Mexican buffet was excellent. Provided us an excellent and friendly experience, he suggested we come back and get married and we just might do it.

3star max unless you pay for elite club . Lack of ac in restaurant and failed to provide snax food at two pools ment you had to get dressed and go to a restaurant or go to waterpark for lunch. Evening meal at restaurant has to be booked on an app one or two days in advance restaurants often full. Buffet food is ok but I like a restaurant on holiday. No ac in some restaurants Japanese cook at table so very hot.
