I really like this resort it is an experience I will remember forever and if you find a girl named Monse she is super nice and helpful!

Carlos iztapalapa was a beru good server on the beach, would reccomend

We were pretty disappointed with our stay overall. The adults-only section was especially frustrating and not what we expected at all. The rooms were very outdated, the bed frames were visibly dirty, and the setup didn’t feel “adult-only” in any way—just basic queen beds with no upgraded features or aesthetics. There was no hot tub, no view, and honestly no real sense of a premium or relaxing space. To make matters worse, the kids’ putt-putt golf area was right outside our window, which completely took away from the adults-only experience. The buffet was one of the few positives—it tasted good and had decent variety. We were also told there was an adults-only buffet, but we could never find it, and no one on the resort staff was able to help us locate it. We did have one standout experience—the massage. It was one of the best massages we’ve ever had. The only downside was that it was more expensive than we expected, but the quality itself was excellent. Unfortunately, everything else fell short. We were told to connect with a manager, but he was never available and never followed up despite multiple attempts. The resort is confusing to get around due to poor signage, and we couldn’t get reservations at any of the restaurants the entire time. The Wi-Fi barely worked, which added to the frustration. The pool near the beach was dirty, although the Hacienda pool with the swim-up bar was much better—fun music and a great bartender made that area enjoyable. Honestly, the best part of the trip was the group we were with, not the resort itself.

The hotel, room, beaches and staff were all five star. However, we had an issue of being overcharged at the Spa for a service that we had cancelled. I had booked a massage and a facial, however, I went and cancelled the massage. The facial was wonderful, I tipped generously, and when we checked out, we paid the bill. Once home, I realized that my credit card had been charged for the massage. I contacted the hotel , as I had all the paperwork, and I heard back that they would look into it. That is the last thing I heard. I have been emailing them but no response going forward. Name of the person was IIse Ariadna Jordon Estrada, So my advice is to take a calculator when checking out, to ascertain the conversion from Mexican pesos to US and then to Canadian to ensure that you were not overcharged.

We totally love this awesome resort! So much so, that we renewed our Royal Elite vacation club membership. There were 17 of us traveling for our son’s senior spring break trip. They were so accommodating to our large group to help get all of our dinner resv.(we made 2wks in adv) at the same time and at 3 tables near each other daily. Everyone is so nice here, everything is kept fairly clean, the food is excellent, variety of premium liquors, and love all of the wildlife you see roaming around. Recommendation to the resort that they need to do a paint touch up everywhere, especially in the rooms.
