Sandos once again was an excellent experience, from the nicest beach, wonderful customer service and fun atmosphere. Beautiful nature views . Our concierge Sergi and Robby were the best! Highly recommend.

Great resort, nice beach, great food especially at the buffet and at the indian restaurant. We were close to the lobby. There were pools close to our room in the section 9 which was not too crowded. The water slides were more for children not teenager. The downside was that we needed to walk about 1 km to get to the big buffet. There was a small buffet for breakfast closer but the big buffet offered a lot more choices. There were also a lot of stuff done directly for you at the buffet like sushi for example. There is a shuttle but it's only evey 20 minutes and in the rush hour it's full. Suggestion for the hotel would be to have a shuttle every 10-15 minutes. than it would be less crowded and more interesting. Also the pool bar open only at 11h. It would be great if they could open at 10h. The room were clean and spacious. The mini-bar was filled everyday. There was also a nice small buffet for lunch in section 8 and close to the beach so lot's of different option to eat. Another disappointement was the steack house. We went to the buffet after our meal at the steack house. I would give a rating of 9.5/10 because evething was almost prefect.

I had the pleasure of having two massages with Maria at Sandos Resort Spa, and she is truly exceptional. From the moment the treatment began, she created such a calming and relaxing experience. Her technique, attention to detail, and ability to understand exactly what I needed made both massages outstanding. I left feeling completely refreshed and taken care of. Maria is a true professional and a highlight of my visit.
