Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancún

Secrets Maroma far exceeded our expectations. We were married here and it was perfect. Our wedding coordinators, Elizabeth and Rifkele were amazing. The resort is beautiful with top notch service. Our concierge, Marcelo went over and beyond and fulfilled every request. We are looking forward to returning in the near future.

We have been vacationing at Secrets Maroma since 2009 when the resort first opened and we have been so fortunate to have been able to return over 25 times. Best beach ever! We enjoy walking during vacation and the beach provides at least 5 km if not more with beautiful white sand and views (note, even though there may be some seaweed from time to time, it is well managed). The Beach Cabanas are one of the most valuable experiences and we would highly recommend booking one to anyone who plans to visit the resort. The team from arrival (Paula in particular), to the preferred club, those working in the many restaurants during meals, housekeeping, gardening, entertainment and the concierges are what have made our experiences so memorable every time we have been a guest. In particular this visit thank you to Bramdon our concierge in building 27, Manuel our Beach Concierge as well as of course Roger and Roberto, the concierges in buildings 26 and 25 and Guillermo in building 17. Also a thank you to Aidee who helped us as well with our trip!

Had an amazing stay at Secrets Maroma (Mar 21–28). The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Every restaurant was excellent—Seaside and Portofino were our favorites, with special thanks to Ana at Portofino for making our last night unforgettable. The service was the best we’ve experienced. Staff went above and beyond, especially Omar, Alex, Hector with E-team, and the team at Coco Café—always kind and welcoming especially the gentleman who worked the overnight shift. Still smiling in the morning 5 minutes before his shift ends. Rooms were spotless, with comfortable beds and great daily housekeeping. I loved having what's app access to our concierge, Katya, who always answered our questions promptly. She also arranges your last day luggage pick up in the room as well. The entertainment team works incredibly hard and really connects with guests. Daily garden yoga was a highlight and a perfect setting. Many guests show up for this. Thanks to Fitbodies Inc. for sending pros here weekly to enjoy beautiful yoga in the morning. We’ll definitely be back—easily the best resort we’ve experienced so far.

This March we spent ten great days at Secrets Maroma for our eighth time. We love the resort! In the past year several restaurants have been updated and are lovely. Pool chairs and umbrellas are new and gorgeous. The area has been reconfigured to add more seats! (No more early challenges for chairs!). Rooms are lovely and each building has a concierge. MArco was ours and kept us up to date with all activities and could fix any concerns, but we had none!!! Food is five star in our opinion with so many choices for lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet has everything you could wish. Freddy has worked the buffet for years and greets us each time we come thanking us for returning. Wonderful person. Best of all were nightly shows and lobby music. There was a super pianist several nights. (Seating needs to be better for lobby shows.). Candle concert was beautiful outside in the dark! Theater shows are at nine and a perfect time. There are no negatives at this resort for us. Johanna does a great job with reservations for us and we appreciate that.

We had an amazing time at Secrets Maroma for a delayed 20th anniversary trip. The property was stunning and the staff were consistently amazing. Special thanks to Omar on the entertainment team who got to know us and was so much fun as well as to our concierge Francia who was so solicitous and eager to help us have the best time.
