Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club

Secrets Tulum exceeded our expecations. First thing first, do your research on the sargassum if it's in season or off-season. We knew we were going during the sargassum season and we were expecting the beaches to be covered with sargassum. I've seen other negative reviews related to this. They do have periods during the year with no sargassum, just do your research. Nataly was our concierge and she went above and beyond. We went with our primos, they were celebrating a birthday and anniversary. Nataly assisted with arranging surprise rose petals all over the room, special room service breakfast, champange. She even assited with arranging transportation for the guys to go golfing at PGA Riviera Maya. She was very attentive and was with communication with us before, during, and even checked in if we made it home safely. She needs a promotion, pay raise, bonus, stock options, the whole nine yards.

Secrets Tulum is the ideal relaxation destination! My wife and I enjoyed the quiet and beauty of the resort and all the amenities it offered. We loved focusing on our health and wellness during our stay. The staff is extraordinarily attentive and warm. They made our stay one to remember.

We absolutely loved this resort. We came for our anniversary & stayed 3 nights 4 days. We were upgraded to preferred status when we arrived so we were moved to the preferred room section, with access to The Grotto restaurant and pool. That was a wonderful surprise & really made the trip for us. The resort is really clean, quiet, and beautiful! The restaurants all had a great selection of food. We didn't get to try Jasmine unfortunately, it was closed on the day we wanted to go. Italian restaurant was fine but the Bluewater Grill was exceptional & the ambiance was amazing! We loved the passionfruit margaritas w/ tajin rim at the pool bars. Service was great as well. Karaoke night was so fun! Tulum in general was a great airport to fly into & rental car service was easy to navigate as well. Will definitely come back!

This was an outstanding and extraordinary experience for our family of 7. We stayed in July 2026 at the beach villa at the Beach Club and we would recommend this to everyone! The staff goes out of their way to make it memorable! Personal Chef Diego and his team were awesome, as well as the whole private staff, especially Rafael and Luis that came with the villa. Housekeeping made sure it was perfectly clean and prepared your room and bed for the night. Truly wonderful!

We had a great time in Secrets Tulum. The food and the service were great and we loved the small activities the hotel is doing in the resort. Special thanks to Luis and Rafael for doing a great job during our stay.
