Hotel is clean small family run , with nice rooms, with balcony, The breakfast buffet is very limited and the hot breakfast items are awful and cold ,It has a small pool but relaxing recliners around pool as there is little space around it, unfortunately the hotel directly opposite the access lane serving the Hotel has loud music playing around its own pool all day long so is little to no quiet, also the Bar’s official opening time is at 17.00 to 23.00 hrs and is unattended most of time, so getting a drink during the day is mostly not possible, we took our own drinks from our room to the pool area , but was told tbat we couldnt drink our own drinks around pool??, they obviously expect you to buy their expensive drinks , if you are lucky enough to find someone to serve you a drink!? We ignored that request and continued to take our own drinks, as for Petrovac , its unbelievably packed and you cannot find a square metre to lay a towel on the gravel and stoney beach, promenade is also packed solid especially at night, like an emptying football Stadium! Never again, awful place and very expensive . The beachfront area is also blighted by Two enormous unfinished Hotel blocks , that have been like it for a decade as overgrown with ivy and decaying wooden and rusting scaffolding, absolute eye sore, never again!

We have just come home after a fabulous 9 day holiday at this lovely hotel. Our first impression was the friendliness of the staff and then how immaculate it was. This continues throughout the hotel. It is spotlessly clean. The rooms are a great size with a large comfortable kingsize bed and a good shower in the bathroom complete with Rituals handwash etc!! It was cleaned daily and I'm sure the sheets were changed daily too!! The room has a fridge with a minibar. Breakfast has a multitude of food on offer from cereals, pasties, fresh fruit etc etc and hot food as well. My only complaint was that there was no tea except for Earl grey (Yuk). All the staff were really happy and friendly and that must come from the owner Vlad. I must give a special mention to Marco and Zoran who we had long conversations with. All have excellent English. And not forgetting the hard working kitchen staff - I didn't get their names. The hotel is only 5 mins away from the main beach, restaurants and shops. The other way is about 10 mins (I'm a slow walker) to another lovely cove. Restaurants are a plenty and we tried a lot and were pleased with all, although there was a lot of the same dishes on the menus. No problem for us as we worked through them!!!! My only suggestion would be tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We were often thirsty coming back from sight seeing or the beach. Would we go back again? Of course we would!!!!!!

Just returned from a 10 night stay here at Eleven and can’t rate it highly enough. We booked a deluxe double with TUI but upgraded to the apartment directly with the hotel before arrival. The hotel is perfectly located between two beaches and close to the bars and restaurants of Petrovak. It is incredibly clean and comfortable, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offerings are tasty and varied. The pool area is small but is never busy and there is always a space available to chill by it and relax. One of the nicest hotels and locations we stayed in. We left a little bit of our hearts there. Thank you to Vladimir and his team for taking such good care of us.

Really great friendly hotel, great location, 5 minutes to the beach, and loads of restaurants with great food. The cleanliness of the hotel is immaculate, comfy beds, great shower, Air con is really quite so could be left on at night . What really makes this hotel are the staff especially the guy on the front desk (Nemo) thank you for all your help 🙏

The hotel is clean, air conditioned with pleasant bedrooms. It has bloody great big abandoned half built hotel opposite which blocks any view of the sea. There is one room downstairs which has tables and chairs to eat at.....no lounge, no easy chairs no bar to relax at. The food is awful. Poorly prepared, with little or no hygiene standards. We had chicken breasts, raw in the middle next to cooked fish and cold pork and rice. The chef argued it was not his fault, the wet lettuce of a manager blamed everyone except himself. Fortunately, TUI bailed us out. DO NOT EAT FOOD AT THIS HOTEL. The small number of staff were kind, helpful and understanding. But the chef and manager need to look for career elsewhere. AKW
